Here is my Take on the Batman Arkham Knight Batgirl Story DLC Matter of Family and how it Should have Happened. Featuring Jason Todd as Robin and much more.

- Jason Todd as Robin
- Witty Banter (Brother & Sister behavior) between Robin & Batgirl
- Batgirl's apprehension of Jason's tactics
- Jason's overzealous actions gets a cop killed
- Important hostages (Cash, Montoya, Bullock)
- More boss fights (Deadshot, Croc, +mini Scarface encounter)
- Nightwing appearance
- Nightwing's Romantic relations to Barbara (Not canon to Arkhamverse - although it would've been better, I don't care for Tim & Babs relationship over Babs & Dick)
- Batman stepping in close to the end
- Jason gets kidnapped by Joker
- Harley is apart of the Death in Family story

The Attained I love Tim X Barbara and Its stupid that even though batgirl and nightwing were there Jason still got captured. And another point In the story is your suppose to feel sorry for Jason but you can't because in this story he acts like a total jerk and gets a cop killed .
I think Harley being there is against the Joker's purpose of making this "their game" between only him and batman, and would also make her kind of nonredeemable since she's always played as a victim of Joker's machinations by DC so she can always turn a new leaf whenever.

And THAT is how you make an incredible prequel story!
Not only did you show what Batgirl can do, we get quite a bit of development from Jason Todd, tie in how he got captured by The Joker, and it sounds like we could get 2-3 hours worth of gameplay from that!
Seriously, write more of these stories. That was awesome.

This is brilliant! Rocksteady should watch this and take notes. This is almost exactly how I'd picture jason Todd being in the dlc. I am really hoping that the tim Drake we saw was nothing but a placeholder tease for jason Todd and they did what they did on purpose to fool us

This is one of the many reasons why Kwing must be hired by Warner brothers. Anyone agrees? If Luke was in the group during production of Arkham Knight, the game would be perfect.
This is perfect: the animated series opening, more Nightwing, incredible description, foreshadowing of Jason becoming an anti hero, Deadshot, lots of lore and the dialect was so accurate for the characters. Would rather buy this than the DLC, saves the continuity and sounds better

***** this is as close as he can get to a audio drama at the moment... because if kwing is gonna make it into a full audio drama he would want the voices to be the best they could, and there are only a few that fit the bill at this moment in time

In one of the Gotham City Stories, though, Robin gets captured by Joker *after* the closing of the Asylum.

Just an AMAZING story man,awesome job and it fits perfect to the flashback scenes that we saw in batman arkham knight!!
Love this video! From the Animated Series homage title card to the sound effects haha! The story is perfect! The narration is of course on point! I would really like to see something like this more often! Maybe like a once a month type thing were you did like a 15-20 minute radio show script in all! I know you guys are busy but you guys are so awesome, creative and knowledgeable you'd be the only ones to do it justice!

this is to damn good with the beginning that is done amazingly the story is so good not need moving images but only some nice sound effects and some music just a great job
Please do this for a nightwing story pack or azrael story pack you did such a good job with this. You stayed true to characters and I know you probably have even more ideas for other packs that people would love to here so PLEASE do more of these. This sent chills down my spine at some parts.

WOW really loved the story telling in this really well done, nice work, really like the idea of it being jason and not tim becuz honestly we never get much interaction between babs and jason and seeing how they play off each other in terms of their view on how to deal with criminals and it really doesn't make sense for it be Tim at all

This is awesome and I would love this instead of what ever dissapointment WB Montreal has waiting for us. But there were a kind of things that didn't make sense, it would be easy to fix them, but they don't add up.
Several newspapers that you can find in the game say that the "Batgirl saves the Commissioner". This means that in your rendition you would have too change it so that Batman tells Babs to go and save Gordon, whilst Batman makes his way to where Jason was being tortured.
The only other inconsistency, for lack of a better word, comes yet again from the newspaper that Babs was reading when she got shot. The headline on that newspaper was the same one that has the headline "Batgirl saves the Commissioner". This is inconsistent because you said it happened six months after Babs saving Gordon. I don't know how you would go about fixing this, but maybe make it so that there is no six month time skip, maybe a week or a couple of days.
Other than that this DLC gives the storyline for the main game a run for it's money. I would love to see this instead of the actual one and I think everyone else would have the same response. You should make a similar video but for the main Akrham Knight storyline, and make it so that it isn't so blatantly obvious who the AK is halfway through the main storyline.
BrandonIPwN In my Story, Batman isn't suppose to be around. He shows up, so Batgirl takes the Credit. In light of what the public thinks happens to Robin. A Happy story about Batgirl saving the Day sounded better at 2AM. Originally I didn't plan on Batman showing up. But.....the story had enough Nightwing, with how people are used to him being in the Arkham Games.

I've played the Matter of Family DLC multiple times, and this beats it every single time. This would've been an incredible DLC pack, and I wish you had been there to write it for W.B. Montreal.

I really LOVE this, it's amazing how u tied in so many good story points into one and still made it fit with the story we have, but I do have one tiny complaint, which is how there seemed to be way to many villains in it, don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them in it, but for me personally it seemed a bit much, other then that small detail, GREAT WORK!!

That was amazing!!!! If possible please do this more!!! Knightwing01 is such a talented writer! The story makes sense and it all work perfectly... I would have added a small thing about Tim becoming robin to follow the Arkham Knight, but that's just a nitpick (take it or leave it). This was so great! I've been waiting for something like this to come from you for such a long time. (If RUclipsr and critics don't like something then you try to make it better, and you did) I would just love to see more of that amazing work!!!

I wish the right people would see this and get your skill recognized because as I see it you have the potential to become one of the great Batman writers up there with Paul Dini and the like. This is so good kwing when it first came out and I watched it I loved it so much I always watch it from then and now also even though it would be to much work I would love to see your version of Arkham Knight
Ha, wow. This is a much more intricate story and, depending on how the gameplay was executed, a much better story and DLC. It lads into the Jason story, filling in details, while keeping it centered on Barbara. The only thing that would need to be fixed is Barbara's words as she opens the door and is shot, but maybe that can be chocked up to Joker's memories not being quite right. You definitely should consider contacting DC about writing for batman, if you haven't already.

This is really great! I can tell you put a lot of thought and effort into it. I definitely agree that bullock and scarface should be in it, but I'd prefer scarface to take dead shots place instead since we've gotten him in two other games and scarface only got cameos. They really should flesh out Jason instead of Tim also. He really needs it considering we haven't seen him while he was robin besides in those joker hallucinations. I did hesitate on the idea of trying to fit his abduction in the dlc (I just feel like that's a bit much), but I really like the way you went about it. Great job.

Only problem: Arkham Knight said that Joker held Jason for at least six months. And Tim had replaced Jason within that time. And as I'm writing this I realize that it kind of makes sense. During A Matter Of Family They'll probably have thought Jason was dead but Joker will have had him in the abandoned wing of Arkham. You have to admit that kind of makes sense.
This was actually pretty awesome! now I wish the actual dlc was like this.

@KNIGHTWING01 Whoa that was really good!! You should storyboard this! The sound effects in the back ground really help with setting the scene! You should really go into storyboarding and get a degree so you can work with rock steady and Warner Brothers!!

Incredible radio style drama episode for the Batman Arkham Knight Batgirl dlc. This video is actually more interesting than the dlc will be. This explains how Cash and Barbara know each other. This explains how Jason was kidnapped by Joker. Should have ended indeed, I prefer these ideas because it is well written, and thought out very professional plus enjoyable. The developers could learn something fromwatching this video.
