Would be cool to see that schooner from topside and the interior layout.. how long was it?? Video throws things off, some average size boats seem larger and larger seem smaller than they really are

Working from (dim) memory, I'd say 40-45 feet-ish. I walked by it often but never caught the owner there (I would have definitely asked for a tour :)
