Try the full version of mayday, coldrain is an amazing band and right now is my fav band. And that come from someone that listens to Nightwish, Pantera, Blind Guardian, Iron Maiden, Arch Enemy and different genres of metal. It's just a cool mix of sounds
Now that you've listened to The Rumbling, you could also listen to "Under The Tree" also by SiM. It's from Attack on Titan too. I'm not sure about the Guitar, but the Bass is tuned to Drop-G afaik. Edit: The other Attack on Titan Openings are also amazing btw. Not really Metal, more of a Rock/Heavy Orchestra vibe I'd say, but absolutely worth checking out.
about death parade... though i did not finish it... if i remember correctly it is basically about a bar which is technically the afterlife... and you are being judge through games with bets that reveal how you were as a person while you lived... and the contestans i forgot if they actually knew they were dead from the start
Bastard, Deadman Wonderland, and Inuyashiki are the most mentally type ops and songs you haven't heard. Bastard was written by a fan of heavy metal and fantasy and all the names of people and things are references to metal music. Both of Bastard's ops have Coldrain songs as well. In terms of ops where all of them are good there's Bleach but there are 18 total ops.
My recommendations are: Fairy Tail openings 16 & 22 Black Butler op 3 Watamote op 1 Soul Eater op 2 Highschool of the dead My hero academia op 9 & 12 Mirai Nikki 1 & 3 Bleach op 13
Since you liked the Fireforce Opening so much i´d guess you´d like the both bands behind the songs. The Mainband in this Song is Coldrain and more rocklike in most parts but with some nice Breakdowns here and there (have seen them live this year and its been an absolute blast :D). The second one is Crystal Lake (in this Song it was still Ryo with his insane screams), unforntunately Ryo left the band and they got a new singer, who´s really good aswell but for me the older songs from Crystal Lake are soooo god damn nice!
Also, I think the appeal of the death parade opening is less that the song is amazing or something, and more that, compared to the tone of the actual story, the tone of the song & opening animation are both so much more lighthearted. I think people also really enjoy the animation of the opening itself.
Galneryus (the band in the hunter x hunter opening) is actually one of the best power metal bands out there, their anime stuff is pretty tame compared to their actual albums.
I don't know why did you refering to power metal so much, because none of them have the legendary power metal double bass😂 It's not power metal if there's no double bass😂
React to Fire Force opening 1 " inferno" by mr. Green apple it's GAZ Fire Force opening 3 "Spark - again" by Aimer it One Best singers she's iconic and Fire Force opening 4 " torch of liberty" by Kana-boon
They may have meant to recommend the ending song for death parade; it's a much more metal vibe than the opening May I recommend the servamp opening if you haven't seen it? It's quite heavy with screamo elements
Ken I would recommend more of cold rain, I think some of their other songs do fit in more of the rock genre, like rainbow op 1, and bastard op 1 as well as ninja kamuy opening 1 so definitely recommend you listen to these.
@@AnimeKenTV Are you able to add anything to the video via edit? If so, it's a good idea to add a text block at the start of the video with that info, or at least somewhere in description. A lot of people will probably click because of The Rumbling (especially with the thumbnail), and react by just unsubscribing, blocking, or whatever. EDIT: If you can't put it in the video, maybe edit the pinned comment? Something like "had to cut most of the Rumbling do to copyright claims, but a full version is still available on Patreon". WIthout the first part it really leaves the vibe of "you all liked it? I'll just tease this track here, and force you to pay for the actual reaction".
@@AnimeKenTV The copyrighted audio is usually quieter and a bit lower quality than the original audio in the video. People also tend to keep the video to a small box inside the original video and covered by a mosaic or a static image. I've spent a lot of time on YT since the times when nobody could upload videos longer than 5, or 10 minutes, and at this point I'm starting to get blackpilled about a lot of creators. I've seen channels going above and beyond to do fair use and struggle while bigger channels get 10x more views on videos with nothing obscured, and the later videos are untouched by the copyright. By now I just believe that some of the bigger channels are just industry plants roleplaying reactions to promote their IP.
@@Ryuu44 dang. Yeah I’ll have to play with overlays and audio. I know 1000% what I’m doing is fair use, but it doesn’t seem to matter because the system just flags everything without and consideration. I figured it wouldn’t be this difficult since I’ve seen so many channels posting music reactions but when I upload it isn’t just simply demonetized, it’s actually blocked globally which means it can’t even be seen by anyone on the platform. It’s super frustrating.
You should check out the bands Brand Of Sacrifice and Beast In Black. Almost all their songs are themed around the anime series Berserk. Slaughter To Prevail also just dropped a Berserk themed song called Behelit the other day. There is also Within Destruction who just do anime meme metal and then you have Dehumanizing Itatrain Worship who basically are a meme band that makes slamming brutal death metal inspired by the Love Live franchise.
You should totally react to maximum the hormone, they are the band that did that death note song at the 11.00 mark in the video. They are a really iconic japanese band!
I know, I’m sorry. I remove everything RUclips flags and unfortunately I feel like it ruins the video. But that’s the way this platform is so I can’t do much about it.
Death Parade the show is really dark but they gave it a chill song to counter its dark themes. To give an idea on how dark the anime is: Essentially when 2 people die at the same time they go to a place that look likes a bar and must play games to determine whether they go to heaven or hell. And the Barkeep is seeing how they play the games and makes them take physical pain if they're loosing to see who is more worthy to win
Coldrain is the band one who did the Fire Force opening 2 So I'd recommend Ninja kamui opening 1 and rainbow opening 1 also to answer your question: Japanese bands Mix English and japanese together not every song but they make the lyrics to suit the theme of the anime of course when an anime called Fire Force or attack on Titan is normal for the show to be brutal
Boooooy, I'm SOOOO glad you took some of my recommendations into account to make this video!! Probably other people recommended them as well, but I'm still very happy to see it! Yeah, SiM (The Rumbling's band) is a JP band, and they're alternative metal, so there are plenty of melodic sections in their songs, it's all so heavy on quality that it's worth checking the band out in general, not just some songs. About BRADIO, it's a generally good band with good tunes, but funnily enough, on the soundtrack EP for the Death Parade anime, the opening is my least favorite tune. There's an unused song called HIT PARADE that's soooooooo good and I keep wishing that they used it instead of the original opening theme. But I don't know who recommended Flyers as metal, cuz it DEFINITELY isn't loll. About Mayday, I just recommend you to check coldrain (the band) in general, they have so many freaking amazing songs, some with heavier vocals, some with guturals, some just straight up melodic, they mix it in a really satisfying way and their music feels fresh the whole time. Such a quality band, but I think in one of my previous comments I said it, it's more on the post-hardcore/metalcore range. And YES, coldrain is also a JP band! But in their case, they sing almost exclusively (if not exclusively) in english, while SiM mixes english in a bunch of japanese lyrics. As for the Masatoshi Ono song (Hunter X Hunter opening, named Departure), while a cool song, it's definitely not metal. The one you're looking for is Hunter X Hunter second ending, titled "Hunting For Your Dreams", by a band called Galneryus. You won't miss it with this one, Galneryus is a LEGENDARY, 20-some year old Power Metal band. As for Maximum The Hormone's What's Up People, the lyrics in that part were saying "hey hey ningen sucker, a ningen ningen fucker", ningen meaning "human", so it's basically calling a guy, or actually humanity as a whole, s**kers and f**kers hahahah. While on this tune, I encourage you to listen to the SECOND ENDING of Death Note, which is also very popular and by the same band, called "Zetsubou Billy". Maximum The Hormone is a masterclass in japanese metal, I love those guys, and their drummer is AWESOME, I love her playing (and her vocals in some songs).
For a more metal type opening I would suggest Black Lagoon. For something musically interestin, but in no way metal, you should listen to the opening for Cowboy Bebop.
Here's some more openings I recommend, quite different from your regular anime openings: Link Click, has two openings by one artist, BaishaJAWS Summertime Rendering opening 1 by Macaroni Empitsu Frieren: Beyond Journey's end opening 1 and 2 by Yoasobi and Yorushika Dororo opening by Queen Bee, same artists who did Chainsaw Man's ending 11 Spy X Family opening 1 by Hige Dandism, opening 2 by Bump of Chicken and opening 3 by Ado. Also if you love metal, you'd enjoy listening to the artist Ado, she's got an insane voice.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE NEW BLEACH TYBW OPENING, its so incredibly good, and i would say that listening to the full song version wouldnt be a bad idea, because there is an absolutely wild instrumental breakdown with vocals going

I would recommend you to listen to Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul Opening 1: LET IT END (by SiM) and Record of Ragnarok Opening 1: KAMIGAMI (by MAXIMUM THE HORMONE). Two Metal openings that I really like

The beginning of death note opening 2 sounds like the fbi banging on the door until they break in
about death parade... though i did not finish it... if i remember correctly it is basically about a bar which is technically the afterlife... and you are being judge through games with bets that reveal how you were as a person while you lived... and the contestans i forgot if they actually knew they were dead from the start
I was about to recommend those very same shows. Those openings are up his alley.
My recommendations are:
Fairy Tail openings 16 & 22
Black Butler op 3
Watamote op 1
Soul Eater op 2
Highschool of the dead
My hero academia op 9 & 12
Mirai Nikki 1 & 3
Bleach op 13
Attack on titan op 1, 2 and 3 remind me of some German rock/metal bands (can’t name any specific names atm) but definitely check those out
I don't know why did you refering to power metal so much, because none of them have the legendary power metal double bass😂
It's not power metal if there's no double bass😂
@@YourAveragePredator good point lol
You should do all the Jujutsu Kaisen openings. I really think you would like opening 4.
React to Fire Force opening 1 " inferno" by mr. Green apple it's GAZ
Fire Force opening 3 "Spark - again" by Aimer it One Best singers she's iconic
and Fire Force opening 4 " torch of liberty" by Kana-boon
this guys got way too many questions to be answered at one time 💀
They may have meant to recommend the ending song for death parade; it's a much more metal vibe than the opening
May I recommend the servamp opening if you haven't seen it? It's quite heavy with screamo elements
That or the openings for Bastard! Heavy metal dark fantasy
They're sung by the same guy from the mayday opening
Recomendations
Kengan Ashura op 1 and 2
Rage of Bahamut op 1 and 3
Ken I would recommend more of cold rain, I think some of their other songs do fit in more of the rock genre, like rainbow op 1, and bastard op 1 as well as ninja kamuy opening 1 so definitely recommend you listen to these.
would you be able to look at s5 opening from Bungou stray dogs and deadman wonderland op?
Death Parade Ending is also amazing and doesn't get enough love
The most recommended song ever - he said before skipping from 0:20 to 1:20 in a 1:30 long video.... Come on, man. Not cool.
🤷♂️ RUclips gave the video a global block unless I chopped out all that
@@AnimeKenTV Are you able to add anything to the video via edit? If so, it's a good idea to add a text block at the start of the video with that info, or at least somewhere in description. A lot of people will probably click because of The Rumbling (especially with the thumbnail), and react by just unsubscribing, blocking, or whatever.
EDIT: If you can't put it in the video, maybe edit the pinned comment? Something like "had to cut most of the Rumbling do to copyright claims, but a full version is still available on Patreon". WIthout the first part it really leaves the vibe of "you all liked it? I'll just tease this track here, and force you to pay for the actual reaction".
@@Ryuu44 I’ll have to play with it because I have no idea how other channels can upload songs without getting global blocks from the system.
Kaiji Season 2 Opening "Chase the Light" might be one that you'll like
You should totally react to maximum the hormone, they are the band that did that death note song at the 11.00 mark in the video. They are a really iconic japanese band!
Damn the pausing and skipping the best parts like the chorus of Mayday and the rambling hurts 😖
I know, I’m sorry. I remove everything
RUclips flags and unfortunately I feel like it ruins the video. But that’s the way this platform is so I can’t do much about it.
You need to listen to Detroit Metal City opening, that is literally THE metal anime.
If you want more I'd recommend the openings of "Air Gear" and "Deadman Wonderland".
You gotta check out the openings for kengan ashura literally everyone is metal
You should watch all the Fairy Tail openings. There are over 20 so it would have to be it's own video.
Coldrain is the band one who did the Fire Force opening 2
So I'd recommend Ninja kamui opening 1 and rainbow opening 1
also to answer your question:
Japanese bands Mix English and japanese together not every song but they make the lyrics to suit the theme of the anime of course when an anime called Fire Force or attack on Titan is normal for the show to be brutal
You should react to the full version of Rumbling, This is the version where the best parts are.
For a more metal type opening I would suggest Black Lagoon.
For something musically interestin, but in no way metal, you should listen to the opening for Cowboy Bebop.
Nice reaction, wish we could've witnessed it lol 😅
Here's some more openings I recommend, quite different from your regular anime openings:
Link Click, has two openings by one artist, BaishaJAWS
Summertime Rendering opening 1 by Macaroni Empitsu
Frieren: Beyond Journey's end opening 1 and 2 by Yoasobi and Yorushika
Dororo opening by Queen Bee, same artists who did Chainsaw Man's ending 11
Spy X Family opening 1 by Hige Dandism, opening 2 by Bump of Chicken and opening 3 by Ado.
Also if you love metal, you'd enjoy listening to the artist Ado, she's got an insane voice.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE NEW BLEACH TYBW OPENING, its so incredibly good, and i would say that listening to the full song version wouldnt be a bad idea, because there is an absolutely wild instrumental breakdown with vocals going
more metal:
GALNERYUS - ALSATIA (Mnemosyne OP/Opening S)
GALNERYUS - Hunting For Your Dream (Hunter x Hunter - Ending 2 )
MAXIMUM THE HORMONE - "F" (Dragon Ball Z)
MAXIMUM THE HORMONE - Zetsubou the billy (Death note ED 2)
ANIMETAL - Juppongatana (Samurai X)
ANIMETAL - Kinnikuman Go Fight! (Kinnikuman)
X Japan - Rusty Nail
Detroit Metal City - Satsugai
I highly recommend Kamigami, the first opening from Record Of Ragnarok. It's made by the same band as Death Note OP2
def recomment mirai nikki opening one, kuusou mesorogiwi and vinland saga opening four, paradox-- great vid :)
Next opening one punch man season 1 i think you like
If you're looking for metal, I hardly recommend One Punch Man - Opening 1
I can only hear the "unheard lyics" for Death Note. 😭
Brynhildr into Darkness opening 2! The song is Virtue and Vice by Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, it's a 10/10!!!
HE'S BAACK
Here's a few rock/metal ops for your enjoyment))🤗
Detroit Metal City OP - Satsugai
Aggretsuko op
Gyakkyou Burai Kaiji S2 - Opening "Chase the Light!"
Durarara!! » Opening 1
Detective Conan Opening 22 - ZARD
NANA Op 1
Yes 🥰 I'm the one who recommended the fire force opening
I'd recommend you Ragna Crimson op 1
and Edens zero opening 1 and 3 and 4 I don't think there a metal songs for sure but there my favorite 😊
Thank you!
if we're talking about openings then u can check out one from the anime of the oldschool ones:
- Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin
i don't think it's exactly metal-like opening (mayby it's some sort of heavy rock idk) but still worth seeing in my opinion
React to all Vinland Saga op and ed
if you want more metal songs you can chek record of ragnarock op 1 its by the same band as death note op 2 or if you want to chek out a powermetal song you should chek hunter x hunter endings 1&2 (i would recomend the full versions couse the parts that go the hardest are cut from the short ver)
HxH opening? Metal? I’ve never heard anyone label it as that😭 There’s a couple metalish endings but the opening is not very metal LOL
Hey I think you react to Death Note ED2 the song is called Zetsubou Billy by Maximum the Hormone, you can either choose to listen to the MV version or the anime version(shorter)
I would recommend you to listen to Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul Opening 1: LET IT END (by SiM) and Record of Ragnarok Opening 1: KAMIGAMI (by MAXIMUM THE HORMONE). Two Metal openings that I really like
Bradio is great. If you are into like funk, pop rock or even disco. I don't think heavy is even in their repertoire.
You should react to:
-rainbow op (we:re not alone)
-hunter x hunter ed(just awake)
-death note eds, 2nd is from the same band:maximum the hormone
-atack on titan ed 8(under the tree) it isint metal but its cool
You have to listen to Rewite by asian kung fu generation (FMA op 4) In my opinion its the best anime opening of all time.
If you like the hunter x hunter opening you have to hear the actual metal band that made it which has even better songs called Galneryus.
this is an old one, but it's really good. please check out Sobakasu by Judy and Mary. the opening theme from Rurouni Kenshin. I'm not sure if it's metal... im not very good with genre but the guitar and bass riffs are ❤️🔥in this song. it's my favorite aside from Kyoran Hey kids from Noragami Aragato.
You should try Detroit Metal City
You cutting 80% of opening like, what the hell
@@Bluray2 I have only trimmed out what RUclips made me trim out to release the video. Unfortunately that seems to be most of the music, which I agree makes the video pointless. Contact RUclips and let them know their policies and systems are ruining your experience as a viewer.
Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd Op
Hells Paradise Op
Fate- Unlimited Blade Works OP
Black Lagoon Op
Btooom Op
Sword Art Online-Fatal Bullet!
HIGHLY recommend fire force its short and easy to get into and has a killer soundtrack
for backstory they dress like fire fighters because their job is to take out these people that turn into what they call infernals which are people that burst into flames
All of Attack On Titan’s openings are very good, there’s 9 of them.
instrumentally mayday always sounded very breaking benjamin to me
If you want to listen heavy metal opening it’s called servamp and it’s amazing
Kiss of Death from darling in the franxx
The opening of mirai nikki
And the oprning of shinmai Maou no testament
Please brother a big hug for you from brazil
You need to react to Beck Mongolian chop squad op and ending
And the album (the English version)(everything in English the sub isn’t isn’t that good)
Anime summary
Koyuki thinks life is a drag-until he meets Ryusuke, a local guitar hero with a bad reputation. The two misfits start a band and set out to save rock n' roll. And trying to make it big so they can go to America.
Hands down the best musician anime ever
It’s more rock than metal side
