Just 2 months after getting outO the Army/Vietnam I purchased a up a fixer up house with 5 acres in Jan of 72. I have never moved off the property..... I now have 2 garages full of crap n I am 67.5 yrs old and got a life time of treasures I have difficulty selling or trashing sadly.
