Casey is just as important for the success of the show as anyone. He’s the big brother who annoyed you growing up but always seems to be there “to catch you when you fall”! Over the period of the show he became must see tv as the savior! He believed in Chuck & Sarah’s love and their future. He solidified his position when he told Sarah about the mole and when he brought over the dvd. He never gave up on their love because of the sacrifices he had to make in his life! 3 cheers 🍻 for Casey the real hero!
And for some reason, it makes it all the more hilarious when Casey grunts his disgust every time he sees them kiss. Personally, my favorite was in 4x1, in Castle, when he curses under his breath. For some reason, the fact that he curses in German, makes it more hilarious to me 😂
I love the line where Caseys says. "Have a nice life, Walker". He knows they are running, and he is telling her he will not be turning them in. We see that again later in the coffee shop. Casey was a softie under it all. He wanted Chuck and Sarah to have the relationship, and life, he gave up.
The best part, is that Casey actually encourages Chuck in regards to Sarah, even after Chuck contributed, albeit unintentionally, to his being "fired." Says a lot about how much Casey's attitude about Chuck had changed from the beginning of the show.
Awesome video, it's not easy to make a compilation like this from s1 to s5. Chuck is my favourite tv show ever and I can't believe somebody is still posting about it in 2024
@@enrico1231 I have to admit I only watched it starting last November and I was blown away. It has easily become my favorite show of all time. Silly me used to think Leonard & Penny were TV’s power couple but they don’t stand a chance to SARAH + CHUCK! A hell of a roller coaster ride but it’s the kind that makes yah get right back in line to ride it again.
@ronbechteljr1561 Glad you liked it! I watched it for the first time around 2016 (still late compared to when it finished). It's unfortunate that this tv show didn't reach the deserved audience numbers
Ellie and Morgan are the MVPs of the show. Ellie was the first to recognize that Sarah had real feelings for Chuck ("I've seen the way she looks at you, she's definitely in to you."), the one who encouraged Chuck about Sarah, when he was having doubts about still being able to get her ("You don't stop, you never go too far."), and she had the most important statement in the entire series, about emotions and feelings in the finale. As for Morgan, his encouragement to Chuck about Sarah, after he found about Chuck's spy life obviously was a big turning point. And, in a way, he was also involved in Sarah finally recognizing her love for Chuck, as well. Chuck's speech to Sarah about why Morgan was important to him as his best friend pretty much sealed Sarah's recognition of her feelings, and gave her a greater appreciation for Morgan, as well.
My favorite Casey part, is after they learn that Jill was part of Fulcrum, but she doesn't know they know and Casey punches Chuck in the arm after the phone call. Chuck: "What was that for?!" Casey: "The kissing noises. Have some self-respect, Bartowski. You're a man!" 😂😂
I have a theory that Casey actually knew, or at least suspected, that there was something real between Chuck and Sarah long before he actually addressed the situation. With all the times the 3 of the them spent together on missions, he certainly would've picked up on it pretty soon. And, I have a theory that it's also how Carina would've known right away. It was stated during her first appearance that she and Casey had a thing, at some point. So maybe they were still in contact with each other, and Casey had told her about Chuck and Sarah. After all, her attempt to seduce Chuck at her hotel room was clearly more than just trying to find out about him, and it would explain why she told him about Bryce and Sarah.
You forget about Season 2 episode 9 when Casey was suspended and both Sarah and Casey were arguing and Casey pressed her about her feelings for Chuck and she admitted she has feelings for him
Outstanding! Thanks. I don't actually agree with him everywhere. I don't think that Sarah falls for the people she works with. She falls for heroes. She turned down Barker because she was committed to Chuck.(I, and probably Sarah, had doubts about his longterm intentions.)
And Chuck and Bryce were both very similar. That's why it was so hard for Sarah every time Bryce would come back, and why Chuck felt so betrayed by Bryce getting him kicked out of Stanford and was seemingly still pissed at him even after he found out why Bryce did everything he had done.

Well said. I have nothing to add.
Which is another reason we know the ending is a happy one. There's no way Casey would've just left, unless he knew they would be ok.

Casey: "Love is for suckers."
Chuck: "Have you seen Sarah?"
Casey: *chuckles* "Sucker."
My favorite chuck and Casey moment will always be Casey talking about proposing to Katherine. All you need is the girl!
Another Disney movie. I keep hearing the crab singing kiss the girl. Casey was always a big softy, ha

Casey and Morgan are the unsung heroes of Chuck
PREACH !!!!!

You forgot Season 5 where he hands Sarah the tape
"I guess Bartowski's made us both a little soft"

Great Chuck content as always. Already curious what you have in store for the next video.
Thank you. Not sure which of several options will come out.
@@SteveFresca-qk1vdwhatever one it is I’m confident it’ll be as great as the rest!
@@ronbechteljr1561 Thanks again. Will be busy till this fall. Remote work, but will do more when I get back in the fall.

Pls don't stop uploading, love your vids
Thank you. Been busy at work. Hopefully some new videos soon.

Chuck and Sarah is the best on-screen chemistry after Angel and Buffy. Convince me otherwise!
And did Casey find true love? I forget. Might be time to start a re-watch!
Great compilation.

Why does this keep showing up!? U ain't shit but a fake algorithm when does anything real happen for me!
