    Is 20min is enough to sterilize 1 litre of media? I saw some articles from Sigma when sterilization of DI water time should adjust depending on the media volume.

    Sir I am working in a tissue culture company. We have a issue with milky type of bacteria in our gelly media. We use antibiotics but it doesn't work.we washed plants in diluted clorex.nothing work.its still coming how can we get rid of this

    How is it your “distilled” water ph is so low? Is not 0.0 EC water 6.8 at room temps? And where’s your ph probe calibration solution? Clean water? I think not? Please explain to your viewers🙏🔑✌️
