Ye. I didnt watch last season anime, but I did read the manga.
And oh gosh, what a weak ending in my honest opinion. They just sit there (In Soma's Eatery), and that's all. No marriage teasing, no kid teasing, no romance teasing. Nothing. Ending was open as hell.
I dont really hate open ending.
But still, author could show a little hint or something.
I saw a lot of people complaining that ending was kinda weak. So I'm not only one was left a little disappointed.

If Erina ever said Soma’s food was delicious, I think she feared never eating it again. His whole goal towards her was to make her say his food was delicious. So if he achieved that goal, then what would there be left for him to do with/for her. She doesn’t wanna lose him so she keeps up the tsundere act to constantly give him a goal and for her own personal desires

What I wouldn’t give for an after story, it doesn’t even have to be a season just a movie or a special.
I don't think it's going to happen. They already coopted the ending of the epilogue and set it years earlier than it was supposed to be.
The author confirmed he wanted them married but he couldn’t fit into his storyboard. So pretty much the most logical head canon should be:
They marry and go back and forth taking each other recipes/ideas while Erina keeps calling his food disgusting. That’s about it.
