As my project is a fixed rate lumsum project, i need to know if the contractor is progressing as per his baseline schedule. What settings that i should put in activity type and how do i get that cpi and spi interms of duration/time instead of cost.

Hi, thanks for the comment.....it depends on the organization's which level they are using.But in general, everyone would be using the mid level of primavera.
