    Everyday spice mix will be a life saviour for you once you keep it ready. If this masala is ready then it becomes easy to make any sabzi in a jiffy. You can make all types of veggies using this masala except leafy veggies. You can make fruit veggies or stuffed veggies too. You can store this masala on room temperature. You don’t need to refrigerate it. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it form the ingredients those are easily available in your pantry. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp Oil
    • 10~12 Garlic cloves
    • 1 cup raw Peanuts
    • 1 tbsp roasted Chana dal
    • 1 tbsp white Sesame seeds
    • 1 cup shredded dry Coconut
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    • 4 tsp Sunday masala
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    Method:
    • Heat up a pan on medium heat and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
    • Roast it together for about 2-3 minutes.
    • When the spices begin to release aroma transfer them into a dish.
    • In the same pan heat up oil and add garlic and fry for few seconds.
    • Add peanuts and fry until they get light golden color.
    • Add roasted chana dal, sesame seeds and fry together for about a minute.
    • Move the roasted spices along the edge of the pan and dry coconut in the remaining space.
    • Fry coconut until it gets light golden color and mix it with the spices.
    • Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down completely.
    • Blend the roasted coriander seeds and cumin seeds into fine powder in blender first and then
    add half of the roasted mixture.
    • Blend it together into coarse powder and add leftover roasted mixture.
    • Blend everything together into coarse powder and add turmeric powder, Sunday masala, red
    chili powder.
    • You can use kanda lasun masala or goda masala or lal masala or red chili powder or any
    other masala available with you in place of Sunday masala.
    • Mix well and blend it together again.
    • Add salt and mix well.
    • Blend it once again and everyday sabzi masala is all ready.
    • You can add salt along with other dry spices too.
    • You can store this masala in an airtight container for about 1-2 months.
    • When you want to make dry stuffed sabzi like, bhendi or capsicum or green chili then you can
    use this masala as it is.
    • If you want to make bharale vange or bharale karle or bharala dodka then for that use finely
    chopped onion, coriander leaves along with this masala. Add a little water or oil and mix well.
    Stuff this masala and fry leftover masala in oil. Then add the stuffed veggies and cook well.
    • You can use about 1-2 tsp masala for dry sabzi too.
