The natural shells do not have any stain applied. They get darker from an application of Venetian Cream and the glazing done with a smooth glass rod+pressure

raw looks much better imo. Im tired of shiny polish cordovan which tends to come off leaving polish/unpolish layers that look messy and old.
Does every shiny cordovan has that peeling ?
