Thank you, dear Chef and Francis for teaching me how to cook for all these years❤ I followed your recipes when I was studying overseas as an undergraduate in 2012, now I am back again in university and overseas doing my masters and watching Chef cook feels like I am visiting an old friend.
Wow, this hit home - I started watching Chef and Francis probably in 2009 or 2010 when I had just moved away from home to study for my bachelor's and was learning to be self-sufficient. Now I've gone back to university to get my master's and it really is comforting and homey to watch these videos.
This was so wholesome and I loved watching Chef’s vlogs 🥺 I can’t believe it’s been so many years-almost a decade, since I started watching this channel and she still posts videos. The bento looks so delicious!!
I've been watching these videos since I was in middle school and now I'm getting my master's. Although times have changed, I can say that this this channel still gives me the same warm, welcoming feeling it always has. Thank you for keeping this channel going! - A fan for life

More than any dish, udon makes me wish I lived in Japan. Hot noodle for winter. Cold noodle for summer. Infinite kinds of tempura, crunchy or soaked in sauce. My dream food.
