From my first test drive 2 years ago to my commute this afternoon, ive enjoyed every drive in this car. The funnest car ive ever driven. Other cars just dont quiet hit the spot for fun factor as much as this car does. Its a car that may not be the fastest in its category, but its accessibility and its practicality is unmatched, and theres nothing else on the market that comes close to this for the cost. What makes this car more impressive is its performance on a race track. It cant be understated just how quick this car can be in the right hands. Glad youre enjoying the car more mate, its been a tough few months for yah finding something you love. Hope you have many enjoyable days driving the hatch!
Thanks for sharing the story about your 7 yr old daughter and how she enjoys it😇 My daughter is almost 8 yrs old and we go under this underpass every time I pick her up from daycare and she always asks me to make the car "fart", it's all about the little things🙏
So much truth in what you say. My 14 year old daughter has the same feelings about my N car, and she had absolutely no interest in cars beforehand. Ownership is so much more fun when we can share it with others who appreciate it.
I swapped my i30N for a GR Yaris, and while I love the little Yaris, the lightness, and the AWD system, it is a seriously capable little machine, the i30N will always have a special place in my heart, being my first performance car. I wish I could have them both... That exhaust never failed to make me smile.
My N hatch i ordered about a year ago arrives in a few weeks. I thought I was getting the last model, but now there’s a new sedan coming and maybe even a new hatch. Now I just feel like I’m getting a 3 year old hatch in 2024 haha given this hatch I’m getting hasn’t been updated since 2020. What are your thoughts on buying the Face Lift hatch in 2024? Still worth it? The sedan just seems to come with so much more and then the new 2024 sedan is looking feature packed.
I’m running a DTUK piggy back - same idea as Race Chip. Eibach springs, rear sway bar, circo pads, res delete, rear seat delete, race seat, 18x9 wheels, 235/40 re71rs tyres

I reckon any of these cars will be great. EVs are about to go through a big slow down i think so anything fun and old school will be worth owning

@@GuysGarage ever consider an ECU tune? How about an intake and TIP?
I’ve got a list, as you do!
Intercooler
Oil cooler
Down pipe
High flow intake and turbo elbow
Tune
And later
FL turbo
Coil overs
Two piece rotors
