Just did an entire brake upgrade for my i30N Sedan. Have heard a lot of people saying the stock brakes are fine. Unfortunately they cannot handle advanced track driving. Pad retention springs had snapped and the pad material had seperated from the backing plate due to heat. If tracking an i30N, pads, rotors, lines and fluid need to be changed at a minimum and if you have the means the calipers too. All this damage was done running stock power, especially worrying when the sedans use octane learning as well.
