may i ask why you used 8x4 ram instead of 16x2 ? honestly i went with 16x2 even it was higher priced ( 240$ as of feb 2019 ) because dual rank 2 memory sticks works the same as a single rank with 4 slots ... otherwise its a great build and you could have stick 2 black stickers on the devil logo if you find it too red for your pc

i love this build. its just clean. I just started a new job 2 days ago so im planning on building a a better PC this year. Currently on a 1st gen Ryzen 1600 and a RX560. I was thinking about going with RGB but now that I see non RGB I like it more
@@ptvo7969 Cablemod Vertical mount. I like the design and the angled HDMI cables that come with it.
The NZXT motherboard is absolutely beautiful. Its so minimalist looking i really like it.
@@petespc5216 It really does look amazing. Sucks that the bios is kinda bad and the overclocking capability is worse than any other 200+ board. If I could buy the Mobo shroud for an Asus Board... Sign me up!
@@zzTeebeutel If they are still using ECS boards no one in their right mind should buy it. I remember when these used to be free combo boards at frys electronics, they were absolute garbage.

@@petespc5216 Unfortunately it is pricey, but you can look at it as a long time investment, given its really nice features like passive chipset cooling, very good VRM and the fact that has AM4 socket which keeps the upgrade path open for the future.
That all black build is damn good looking. Just letting the build speak for itself, no flashy lights or crazy mods😍

EJ Tech nzxt should make cases where the gpu slot is automatically vertical so it isn’t as close to the glass

@@elnikoog3358 No. Having fresh air being pulled into the case from the front, with exhaust on the back and top is a perfect setup for this case.
This is honestly the most clean and impressive build of a PC I have ever seen. Right now I have a fantastic custom system with everything having RGB capability. But RGB has it's issues, from my bad luck of parts arriving malfunctioning, to syncing, and having all the lights gets a little old. I really dig how cohesive the build is and how it clean it is. I want to do an all AMD build here in a couple years, but I'm also skeptical on investing any more into PC with my experience of stuttering and poorly optimized games. Super awesome build Salazar, really dig how you put it all together!

I have this same case. I have a corsair AIO that lights up white and then one 140mm fan that lights up blue. I am happy with my NZXT case.

@@Games_and_Tech The only problem I can think of is that it adds 3cm to your gpu length so make sure you have enough space in your case

Wow I love that NZXT motherboard design. I think a Red Dragon 5700 XT would have fit much better, it has an angular, none gamory kind of shroud, and you could just peel the red stickers off, or even order custom round stickers online to match the build

blacked out PC's are my favorite thing ever. My PC that I wanna build is super minimalistic and all black with no RGB. I actually wanna build in an all black H150 but I dont have that big of a budget so I cant do that

I would of liked to see what it would look like if you Plasti dipped the cable management bar. Maybe to white? Add another pop of color.
