One of the most sadistic and just downright bad and corrupted villain of bleach, even of the whole anime world. Only isshiki and mephiles ( from sonic 06) can be equal to him in case of sadisticness and evilness. Post Boruto era Orochimaru and Madara , can be put in as well.
