    I have a Lectric XP 2.0 with dual hub motors and 3 battery packs currently. I'm running the original frame battery in parallel with a shark style 48V 10.4Ah battery from a different bike and they are hooked up to a 1500W controller which is connected to a 1,000W front hub motor. The original motor is hooked up to a 1,000W controller from an Ebikeling kit with the monitor from that kit and it's powered by a 48V 15Ah triangle battery pack. I like using Gorilla wall mounting tape to attach batteries to my frame.

    I bought an XP Trike for my dad. Are there any controller options that will give custom speed in each PAS and maybe custom current settings? For example, PAS 1 5mph, PAS 2 7 mph, PAS 3 9mph, and so on. Trikes are not meant to go fast, but you need more control over lower speeds and more current flow to pull up a hill at 5mph. Even with max throttle, Lectric limits pulling power in PAS1.

    I got yalls battery cradle for the my spare Lectric XP Trike Long Range Battery. I have put it on a DIY e-bike project with a 1000w motor. Rewatching this video, I am wondering if that battery may be under powered for a 1000w motor. Do you happen to know the watt range for the Lectric XP Trike Long Range Battery? I’m assuming it’s probably under 1000w. Wondering if I could go faster with a battery rated for a 1000w motor as opposed to using the Lectric spare battery.

      10.4Ah = 499Wh
      14Ah = 672Wh
      Most current (A) issues will be related to the current limit of the controller and if relevant the BMS of the battery

    I wish I didn't have to write this review. These bikes are junk in our view. I bought two of them in July of 2023, by October both bikes have a bad axle bearing on the rear. This is with only neighborhood rides and no speed above 2. total miles on one is 117 and on the other 102. this bearing is not repairable and Lectric e-bikes said to send them back for repair. We live over a thousand miles away. They refused any help with shop manuals or tech support, just send them back. We have the bikes in our garage if anyone wishes to verify. Sorry. Don and Jenny

      I hear you. It's tough to ship the entire bike again for replacement and face the potential of shipping damage. With a little wrenching know-how you can pull the rear axle while being careful with the diff. The bearings should be standard sizes you can buy online. The diff is also available online from other sources.
