    I don't listen to music while working out. I can't make a mind-muscle connection, so I choose absolute focus avoiding it. That helps a lot.
    I am a full-time doctor. Initially, I stopped working out, thinking to focus on one thing at a time. However, I soon realized that physical activity for 30-40 minutes a day is important for retaining information and avoiding burnout. So, I resumed working out in the evening, along with a balanced diet. A healthy body and mind work in sync and produce the best output.
