    I already go to school and the gym every day and its a struggle but I need a job everyone that doesn't go to the gym tells you to just quit the gym and I'm like no they don't understand how much work we put in and it feels like it's all for nothing if you just quit. Never stop the grind bros 💯

    The good thing is that school isn’t forever, so even if you have to take a break from the gym to achieve your academic goals, just keep in mind it’s temporary. Maybe compromise for a couple years to just workout at home quickly while juggling work/school. Once you graduate you’ll have more free time to start going back to the gym. Don’t compromise your academic potential for a better future for going to the gym. Lol.

    • @lolaWWEWWFpunk
      @lolaWWEWWFpunk 2 года назад +8

      True. But someone times working out/going to the gym is like therapy. It's not exactly like therapy but it's like escaping temporary from the world to do a challenge that's only between you and you only.
      But you are right! I love studying as well as working out for hours, so it's hard for me to balance. However, yes; I shouldn't compromise school.
      Thank you for sharing your input sis.

    • @karaokay5444
      @karaokay5444 2 года назад +1

      @@lolaWWEWWFpunk oh yes I totally agree, working out is a form of therapy. It relieves stress and pumps up our endorphins. It can be hard to balance but once we graduate and start our new career we’ll feel amazing to have accomplished such a goal; and we’ll have more time again for the gym. 🤍

    BRO. It's a relief to know I'm not the only one that is against the phrases, " something has to go or you can't do everything." When he said my mind doesn't work like that I felt that. I believe something truly from the bible because I'm living it. " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13". I would be a liar if I gave up on all my dreams just because people tell me you can't do everything, that includes the people you love the most( they don't always know better). So no excuses. My life doesn't revolve around people and their opinions. I live my life for God and also loving everyone I cross paths with. Plan for eternity and work like your going to die tomorrow. Thank you for your video man I was praying for clarity. I"m 18. I play guitar, drums, and make music. I also do calisthenics. these are some of the things I love to do. However, I'm about to get into college( I want to become a veterinarian). So my schedule will probably change. I've already been told I can't do everything but I know that's not true. All I have to do is be more disciplined and change my schedule. Easy as taking a first step. I also have God so what can stop me, nothing.

    For me. I have school 7:45-3:30. If I have a job. They either schedule me 30 minutes after school or 30 minutes after sport practice. Then they let me off at about 10 pm. I have no time to lift after work or before school because I wouldn't be getting 8 hours of sleep

    I'm a upcoming freshman majoring in Computer Science and I know I'm gonna get punched in the face by life really hard soon. I'm trying to work from 5pm-9pm, I have classes from 10:00am to 3:45 pm, I'm trying to weightlift and do muay thai, and on top that, I'm trying to do stocks and business (Ecom and Dropshipping). And even more on top of that, I'm trying to play the piano and want to get into script writing... I feel like it's just too much, but I need and am compassionate for all those things. It's going to be really hard to balance

    In my head..but I'm tired. But you'll feel energized once you start moving.
    But idk if I have enough time. Okay so we will just do twenty minutes today. The movement will help your brain focus on school/work and lower your anxiety.
    But then I'll have to account for time to shower and eat. Yes those are adult self care things you do everyday.
    Any other excuses?
    ..no..
    okay let's work 💪💜

    • @samsunggalaxya1323
      @samsunggalaxya1323 Год назад

      I think gym counts as free time + hobby
      You can meet your friends at school or take a few hours every weekend to spend time with them
      Seeing your friends once a week is enough, if you use that time wisely with them and you aren't just on your phone
      But at the end, you have to decide whether social time is important enough for you to sacrifice studying/gym time for it

    Not wanting to sacrifice sleep is not an "excuse". Sleep is the one thing you don't cut out of what you need. If you need 9 hours, you manage your schedule to fit that. And no "motivation" will get around the eventual effects of sleep deprivation to a degree you'll face down the line. Really bad advice.

    this mentality is unhealthy if taken too over the top. its good to have this mentality at the beginning of a journey, but then make sure to sway over to being a little "unbalanced." swaying to different priorities as push comes to shove. i love this approach but personally, i tend to burnout like this. although, i feel the most alive whenever im grinding, grinding, and grinding. props to chewjitsu for the description i wrote ruclips.net/video/VW2mVD8r40Y/видео.html
