This video had really good points, as always I love the edits. On work experience I've learnt that being able to be a well rounded person as a health professional is so important because it's so much easier to engage, connect and help your patients feel more comfortable with you which in turn makes your job much easier. I think this intertwines with both social life and extracurriculars because there's what you're interested in but then talking with others and learning more about what they're interested in to built your bank of knowledge on people's interests.
As a 4th year Med.student trying hard to find balance in life,I can quite relate with you and your tips are really helpful.Thank you for sharing your strategies.
I'm spooked at how we posted a video with a similar topic on the same day! Completely agree with consistency being key! Small manageable study sessions regularly is the way forward
I started medical two months ago and struggled so much with having free time and recovering because i would feel guilty if I don‘t study and instead watched netflix or worked out 😅
glad you enjoy them - good luck with your 1st year!! I can imagine it being a v different experience with the pandemic but hope it will be better next year 🥰
