I enjoyed the video...ive had the UP2 for a couple years and love it...its great for 2 people...ive thought many times about getting the mini to save on weight when its just myself
Thanks! Ya I really was surprised by this little guy, really retained the heat well and hard to beat the umbrella style setup. Thanks for the feedback and have a good one!
@angryowloutdoors I have the old style as well...there are only 2 differences between the old and new but 1 is fairly significant...the old stove has a pull off front door and when the stove heats up and the metal expands a bit, the pull off door can get very tight and hard to remove to add more wood...the new stove has folding legs as opposed to screw on legs on the old
My CUZ, residing in style! This just might be my favorite vid of all time! It was so beautiful and scenery was magnificent. That tent beats the Ritz Carlton by a long shot!!! I enjoyed watching Falkor steal the supplies and hog the best, most comfy bed. Thanks for taking us along on the AWESOME adventure. 😘 Good Boy Falkor!!!🐶🐶 COFFEEEEEE!!!!!!
Beautiful spot! Absolutely gorgeous! Such a great hot tent set up too. Thanks for taking us along. Tea in the bush. Coffee when I'm out. Both at home. 😁
Thanks man! This one was pretty cush with that tent and a cot!! We do allright on snow, usually about a 1.5 drive from home and I can find some deep stuff. I am jealous of Scotland period, thats one of my dream trips!!!
Do you think the Up-2 mini could support 2 adults (1 male 6ft2, 1 female 5ft2) comfortably if they were to use sleeping pads with sleeping bags? Thanks, amazing video!
Thank you and glad you enjoyed! I think you would fit no problem. I am 5'11 and the cot I was using was pretty big, and with the elevated height took up a bit more room, plus the dog bed and camera gear, wood etc... It would be easy to fit two people and gear. Plus you don't need as much stinkin wood as I stacked in there!
Hey man great video. Love the tent looks very comfortable.. awesome place new sub here looking forward to your next trip. From south Louisiana here love the snow Safe travels man
Great question! I wonder if some companies have the tempering down really well and others are no good at it and thus don’t try! It really adds to ambience, status of the fire and heat radiation!
a lot of products are badly designed. Dehydrated packaged foods, for example, have an opening on the long side of the package instead of the short, thus making everyone brag about their long titanium spoons - lol. @@angryowloutdoors
🌲ROLL CALL🌲 …What do you drink Tea or Coffee? Let’s hear ‘em??
Many thanks for sharing your awesome experience!
Thank you, the tent made it a great adventure!

COFFEE !!
Agreed💪
I am basically a tea person but I do love iced black coffee after some outings in my hot tropical country🥵😄😄
Great!… now all I can think about is iced coffee😀
Both.
Good Answer!
Great episode, buddy!
Thanks man!

Hey Herb good to see you chime in!
Why aren't all winter stoves designed with glass sides?
