    I chuckled when you mentioned how warm the stove was, whilst its chimney flu was glowing red 🤣
    When i was a kid i used to have those powdered soups that thickened with a simmer. I reckon some of those, and maybe some chicken boulion powder for an easy hot drink would be nice in this weather… keep your fluids up, and get a pee pee bottle.
    A mate of mine swears by a fabric conditioner bottle. Holds a good litre or more.
    Stay Safe anyhow!

    Hello mate, I'm so glad to see you out and about and getting so close to 100k subscribers!!!
    Love hot tent camping! I think the reason you feel claustrophobic is the color. The dark camouflage is a bit depressing. Nice, it has so much space and pockets.
    Don't ever feel the need to apologize for being your authentic self. That's why we all adore you.
    Nice cook on the steak and the veggies yum.

    From watching other videos featuring that tent it seems that the grey heatproof mat you had in front of the stove should actually be under it to protect the tent floor from radiated heat.
    In fact , there should be a heatproof panel running up from the floor to the pipe jack, it was seen earlier in the video, but was absent when you were lighting the stove.

    • @RBM-Outdoors_coody
      @RBM-Outdoors_coody Месяц назад

      Hello! We are RBM Outdoors. Such heatproof mats do indeed exist. But they come with our tent wood burning stoves, not with the tents. Daniel also has such stove from us, and hopefully he will take it in the further trips. Then you can see the mat under the stove and how efficiently the stove works.

    I really wanted a hot tent and stove, but after trying a friends out I decided to go for a Mr Heater Buddy instead. If you’re gonna carry loads of heavy gear and don’t fancy stoking a fire all night, not to mention trying to find dry wood, then for the guts of 200 quid you can use any tent with a decent porch and stay toastie all night. I actually use a large fishing bivvy with winter skin. Most of my winter camping is within a few hundred feet of the car. I’ve even used a portable diesel heater which I used to heat 2 tents. Wood stove might be useful during the day and also for cooking, but the effort involved to keep it going plus it makes all your gear absolutely stink if smoke, so gas or diesel heater ftw
