    Hopefully constructive criticism. The 60 second intro is about 10x too long. :)

    Well done sir. Check out Airbrush videos using Acrylics too. Harder to work with, but unreal results.

    nice job! will be doing this in the near future, my concern is clear coating. have you tried rattle can 2K? I just do not have the equipment but also saw you doing it with a pancake air compressor. can you give me a hand with a minimalist list of things I will need to get clear coating with little equipment? I am mostly interested in the air compressor model you use for this. I want the smaller possible that will enable me to air brush AND clear coat.
    And I am enjoying these vids more than the pin reviews, just a note!
    Thanks

      I have a 2 part series on this channel where I go over what equipment I use. I have used a big compressor and the small one featured in this video. I noticed no difference in spraying clear. You would only notice a difference if you were to shoot in very long streams - which isn't needed.

    That is a great tutorial on playfield touch ups. I do have a question you mentioned having black in your airbrush. Where were the black spots you were hitting with your airbrush? But I really do enjoy your series on restorations. Thanks

      Yes, the area directly above the inserts I was touching up. I didn't record that portion, but you can notice the difference if you pay attention.

    I would have done test sprays on a scrap piece of wood or something first. Maybe even on the backside to find a color that matched the wood.

    Hey Cary, nice work as always. Can you tell me how much drying time you allow between coats?

    • @CaryHardy
      @CaryHardy 3 года назад

      This type of paint doesn't take much to dry when you hit it with a heat gun.

    Could you guys do a video on pinball layouts that have been re-themed over the years and if it made it better or worse
