It changed my life!
You should do Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Bebe's Kids and James and the Giant Peach!! Classics
PLEASE 🥺 PLEASE 🥺 PLEASE 🥺 Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Bebe's Kids!!! Please great classics 🙏 🎊🎉🏆🙏 Great movies 🎬 ‼️❕️✅️
Jack-Jack is a "Jack of all trades" so-to-speak :) He fits with all the kids! Dash, of course, can dash/run fast, and Violet can use ultraviolet rays to form a shield or become invisible. I love the little details!
If you were in incredibles, you'd be a villain, cuz you just took over my mind, and stole my heart.
@@FigFirearms smooth 🙄
@@FigFirearms wrong app my man
and don't forget, elasti girl is elastic,, MIND BLOWN!!!
Violet is also a shrinking violet.
The villain's name is Evelyn Deavor. Her name is, quite literally, EVIL ENDEAVOR
This coment deserves more likes
WAIT -
THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE-
So like cruella deville since she is a CRUEL DEVIL?
I wonder who the bad guy is.
Theres a really cool theory about jackjacks other dimension. Linking it to monsters inc , when Boo comes through the door during the monsters news interview one of them says “one shot laser beams and another picked me up with its mind powers” which are two of jackjacks powers. Coincidenc? I THINK NOT!
I understood that reference.
Nice
Oh man Jack Jack even phased into this universe and into the reaction. He is powerful!
Hahaha
it is all people with powers that are outlawed, not just heroes. thats why they sometimes refer to "supers"....it covers good and bad guys
But as you can see with the Underminer, it doesn't stop the villains from causing destruction and actual DEATH. They just deal with the aftermath of the destruction of entire lives. They just say sorry your mommy is dead, have a suction cup to your head.
@@spaceshiplewis right, since they are already using their powers to break laws its not much different for them to break the law just by using their powers
Just like banning all guns won't prevent bad people from using guns to do bad things...hmmm...interesting...
The cartoon show shown briefly was the original "Johnny Quest", one of the best animated shows ever! (in my humble opinion).
Oh yeah! Thanks!
followed by the original “Speed Racer.” 👊🏽😉
Wow seeing the name Johnny Quest just made my brain time jump 🤯😱
I think it's really amazing that after everyone but the kids had been taken over, Jack Jack was the first person to realize that the goggles were evil. He saved his mom without thinking because she was acting weird, then saw her crushing other goggles and it was confirmed that his instinct was right.
Role-playing the Incredibles is one of the more entertaining games to play with kids. Especially the team up possibilities like the incredi-ball.
I never thought of doing that! My friends were more the classic horse & wolf herd/pack games. Looking back it was probably a subconscious way to develop our empathy
I will say that while ScreenSlaver wasn't as memorable as Syndrome. I do appreciate her narrative use as villain.
Yeah, it's great to see that both the original and sequel villians can do their own thing and still be awesome.
I also prefer Syndrome. He was the first, he was the guy with the crazy hair, had the beef with Mr Indredible, and died by his own cape.
She was a bit more sinister then syndrome
Yeah same. She definitely had style and her plan was well thought out, but Syndrome was so chaotic and borderline Hillarious.
If the first movie was centered around Mr. Incredible, and this one gave more focus to eElastigirl, the third would likely give more attention to the kids. Violet is starting to date, so, her focus could be on juggling her normal life and superhero work. Dash is overconfident. I could see him suffer an injury and be sidelined for a while to the point that he finally realizes that he isn’t defined by his powers. Depending on how far into their future the story takes place, if even a few months later, Jack Jack could start undergoing training to better control his powers, or, just as he gets the hang of then, he starts losing some. Either that or he could become even more dangerously unstable in a number of ways as more powers emerge and his parents have no clue what to do to corral him and keep him from destroying his surroundings.
All great ideas!
I bet because jack jack can't control his powers he becomes a villain by accident and gets saved in the end
Nah. The second film was about Helen and Jack-Jack having to rescue the rest of the family, so that even though The Incredibles are a family unit, there's still their allegorically being split up and Helen and Jack-Jack having been broken off into a subset of the family. Where there is to logically go with a third movie based on that, I don't know.
They were most likely aiming for one of Syndrome's best lines, "Too late! 15 years, too late." Sadly, Toy Story 4 was coming out in 2019, so they couldn't release Incredibles 2 in 2019. I personally would have referred them to do it right for the quote.
24:34 “What’s wrong? Why is he so tired?” I’m surprised to hear that coming from a Dad with 2 small daughters!! 😂😂
(Parenting the most OP baby in the world will give ya some gray hair!)
I really would recommend Legend of the guardians: owls of Ga'Hoole (Directed by Zack Snyder who directed DC movies), The Adventures of TinTin and Meet the Robinsons. You'll enjoy these movies a lot. By the way loved your reaction, Jack Jack wad wholesome.
Ga'Hoole is a great movie and an even better book series, where they go a bit harder into the Nazi-coded villains and the massive amount of worldbuilding rivals that of much more renowned authors
OMG Ga'Hoole was amazing!
Oh my gosh adventures of tintin is amazing
Owls of Ga’Hoole is one of my FAVORITES. It is a gorgeous film and I wish we would have gotten the sequels to cover more of the books.
What I really want from the Incredibles franchise is either a time skip movie where Dash and Violet are adults and solo heroes while Jack Jack is a teen/kid training to be a hero in the future (or maybe training with Edna to be a suit designer). Another thing I desperately want is a movie of the golden age of Supers, before Helen and Bob got married, before Syndrome killed practically all the old Supers. I wanna see what that time was like, how they all interacted with each other.
I also want a time skip, but great suggestion about making a movie about the Golden Age of Supers.
So glad they eased up on Cars sequels and made a great follow-up to Incredibles
These movies are SO entertaining and some of the best animated films I've seen. But more than that, after seeing the second one, I thought the villains in these two films were symbols of their fight against common societal issues at the time. At the time of the first one, there was a lot of the kind of "participation trophy" downtalk of excellence in the name of "fairness," *and* a lot of downgrading of nuclear families and their benefits to both adults and children. (The fact that Elastigirl, arguably a better superhero than her husband **and she knew it** per the interviews at the beginning, CHOSE to be a stay-at-home mom is "something amazing, I guess!" ) In this one, who doesn't know the pull of "screens" and how damaging an excess of them can be? All that said, Edna Mode is just simply hilarious and the most entertaining of all the characters in either movie.
I like how every in-depth discussion or post about the Incredibles ends in something along the lines of "but Edna will forever remain best character"
@@lilithium3940 ya got me there hahaha
I've seen some folks recommend Over the Hedge to you and I have to concur. it's a very underrated gem and I know you'd love it. please add it to your list when you get a chance.
I remember just before this came out, people were asking how far into the future it would take place. The creators told everyone it was picking up right where the first one left off. I think a lot of us thought they meant it would pick up a few days or weeks later. No one expected it to be literally two seconds after the ending of the first one. 😄
On this movie is a role reversal in which Helen is doing super work while Bob is staying home taking care of the kids
Oh wow! I just found your channel and watched the first Incredibles reaction, and now this one appeared, posted less than an hour ago! What luck for me!
36:55 “Don’t Hit The Baby” Oh But The Baby Can Hit Someone 😂😂😂
The start of the movie is a reference to the Incredibles short Jack-Jack Attack which was included on the DVDs and Bluray editions of the film (and available on Disney+, I highly recommend checking it out), which tells the how Kari babysitted Jack-Jack and all the ordeals she had to suffer due to him having powers, the whole story is told in retrospect as Rick Dicker (like he did with Tony here) interrogates her about the incident and ends up with him erasing her memory of the whole thing.
A scene was going to be included with Bob and Helen talking to her at the porch and tried to her to tell them what happened when she was babysitting Jack-Jack but she couldn't because her memory was erased. The scene would show clips from the short to remind people what happened (and to explain for those who didn't saw it) and Kari's dad blamed Bob and Helen for Kari acting strangely because he thought it was the toll of a teen taking care of a baby that made her burned out (though the reality was the memory erasing) and tells them she doesn't do baby sitting jobs anymore.
LOVE these reactions, youre always very engaged and immersed which is so fun to watch plus animated movies make me so happy. If its okay, perhaps youd be interested in the movie Klaus, its on netflix and an absolute gem, very heartfelt and beautiful. Figured since christmas is coming up theyd be wonderful to watch during that time! I'm sure you get a ton of suggestions and you must be super busy so no pressure! keep up the awesome work.
There's a short of Jack Jack & “Auntie Edna” while she was babysitting/designing his new suit. You should definitely check that out!
Edit: to explain jack jack’s powers, the babysitter from the first film (Kari) played baby Mozart for him, which is said to activate a baby's true potential.
Although the Incredibles is amazing (and I really like 2 as well), I also wouldn't be mad, if they didn't do new movies in this universe BECAUSE Pixar is finally, after some years of just sequels, back in game with originals and this is probably what Pixar is best at: Creating original stories for young and old.
Ya have to watch the shorts "Jack Jack Attack". It's a short that happens during Incredibles 1, and then watch the "Auntie Edna" one that happens after/during this one this one.
"he could've shot a hole in his face!" there was a part from one of the trailers where it's revealed that Jack-Jack singed off part of his hair
Here's an idea for Incredibles 3, have a person with genuine super powers become a super villain. He could not be well known and maybe have lived on the poorest areas or even on the streets and because of this gets into gangs with other super villains to commit armed robberies survive.
You could even say that because he was not on the boat he never had a chance to be part of the Super alliance accord and takes revenge on other super heroes
When I was little, I watch the first incredibles movie a thousand times, same with Finding Nemo.
This movie was a long time coming, such a cool different take on the typical superhero world, I'd really be excited to see more of it. Loving the reaction!
It's confirmed they are working on the Incredibles world. We don't know if it's a third movie, a spin off movie or a spin off series. A series focused on the Glory Days that has the same format to most of the Arrowverse shows, by that I mean have a villain for the overall season but also have villains of the week.
I know this video is old, but that cartoon Dash was watching was Jonny Quest. My dad used to put that on every morning on the way to drop me off at school; back when the truck had a VCR in it 🥰
Trucks didn't have VCRs when I watched Johnny Quest.
I’d really like to see a sports movie like “Miracle” or “Gloryroad” both are Disney films. Both true stories! And both incredible!
I recommend A Knight's Tale with Heath Ledger. You'll love it, I promise 😊
One of my favorite moments is at the end you can see Jack Jack mimicing Winston when he's talking to Violet lol
Jack Jack seems to be born with about 17 super powers to be the most powerful one in the family.
This movie is so underrated, if there were to be a third one, it’d create the same level of hype as Endgame and No way home
37:37 that’s what I liked about this sequel is because, they now know Jack Jack has a lot of superheroes.
If you missed it, you should check out the scene in the apartment again, when Elastigirl is walking around "Screenslavers" lair - he's lurking in almost every shot, including right behind the door when she opens it. Scared the heck out of me watching it in cinemas. Maybe it's in your full reaction though, I don't know.
@JV's Galactic Adventures sup dude from Louisiana good reaction as always 👋🏾, and the cartoon Dash was watching at 29:16 is Johnny Quest (one of my favorite cartoons)
There are some extra scenes of Jack Jack from the 1st movie and when he was with Edna.
Not gonna lie...U got my subscription because:
- U bring a fresh perspective from a place of understanding (Plot dynamics)
- U feel the characters
- U really enjoy the movie (No pretense)
- U take NOTES (I have no words to express what I really want to say)….You know...I think that you are an undercover Writer/Director! LOLLLL! Nice though.
- No profanities!!!
For the very first time I will be looking into Patron. For the first time I am not bored or annoyed with a movie reaction!
I even liked the interruptions by your toddler and cat. Go figure.
I wont mention about being a bit of a softie (me too).
I am paying more attention to details I overlook now. Gr8 work.
This movie and the first are great. Hope they consider continuing the franchise
Jack-Jack is like 17 members of the X-Men rolled into one!!!!!
Frozone is asking if they should be worried because in the first story line it was not Evelyn who was the villain in the movie but her brother. In the original script he was being arrested and taken away when he said it. That is why there are lines left over like when they were discussing Screenslaver´s glasses, Evelyn asks who did Elastigirl figure out, her brother? But it was too easy to figure out the plot, that he was trying to be the bad guy for them to face so there would be a reason for the supers to be legal again. Also, Evelyn Dever´s name is a giveaway, Evil Endeavor. And the rich guy who had the supercar is not named but he is Galbaki the designer who designed Elastigirl´s new supersuit Edna is upset about.
imagine how strong Jack Jack would be when he grows up..
Bro, what if Jack Jack grows up and become astronaut.. SPACE EXPLORATION! YEAH BABY!
OR make him smart like Reed Richard. His future self came back to warn the family from a certain doom. EZ!
I just want more things to be explored outside of earth. Maybe explore other dimension?!
Supposedly there is Incredibles 3 planned with a release in October of this year on Disney+
I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already, but there's a short film called ¨Jack-Jack attack¨. I recommend you have a watch :)
There was one of the DC animated movies where an alternate universe Superman used his laser eyes to lobotomize Doomsday. That would've been a super dark turn if Jack-Jack had done that to Bob accidentally!
Now I really wished they made another incredibles game, maybe the incredibles 2 movie just so you could ride on a elasti-bike across the city with Elastigirl’s powers.
I love how awesome and adorable Jack-Jack is in the movie
The focus on the family (mainly the kids) was a great choice for this sequel.
One of my favourite things in this reaction is the fact JV squints his eyes watching the black and white spiral stuff but like so was I lol.
It took so long cause they waited for the technology to update then they went in and changed the way they animated it so instead of one big textured piece that barely moves, they actually went in and made every individual hair to make it flow more realistically. They also smoothed things out and fixed the colors while also keeping it structurally like the original. The changes aren't very large in the grand scheme of thing like they're small changes that go mostly untalked about or ignored but you're brain does notice it even if you don't realize. This making the movie look better, it helps with storytelling, helps the atmosphere/feeling/weight of a seen, the emotions the characters feel in that moment, and other things of that nature. If you watch both movies back to back you can really see the small minute details and the changes made in design, animation, and things like that as well as the attention to detail you just don't have in the first one.
I feel the villain's brother had a little to do with screenslaver but he didn't the whole plan. He just wanted to use it to help supers be legal again but she had her own plan and kept it from him but used his plan to act out her own. If you listen to the way she says "still frozen" it's almost like she's saying "how do you not know" or "how can you not figure that out" then he says "what have you done" he sounds like he's a mixture of angry/confused like he knew part of it but there was stuff he didn't.
I hope you got a chance to watch the video short from the first movie. If what you watched was a dvd or bluray then it would be a special feature. It's called Jack-Jack Attacks. You get to see events from Carri's perspective of from the phone conversation she had with Helen about watching Jack while they're gone.
Some discoveries that happened during that time, you happened to see some of them play out at the end when Syndrom took him.
It's hilarious.
Jack Jack is the Jack of all trades
I guess the idea with computer animation was to take video games and bring them into the kind of creator-consumer dynamic as movies and television, where the producers of content are at the top, in the lead, with consumers not being able to immerse themselves in a work and control their interaction with it on their own terms or respond to it as an equal or with a similar level of capacity to engage or create, if only in response.
29:15 that cartoon is Johnny Quest
Honestly, the villain Syndrome wouldn't even be ALIVE if it wasn't for Mr. Incredible, because remember in the beginning villain Bomb Voyage placed a bomb on his cape when he was young known as Buddy
Please take a moment to look at the shorts that Pixar made “Jack Jack Attack “ and Auntie Edna”. First one is on Jack Jack with the baby sitter. The second is about making Jack Jack’s new super suit.
If the Incredibles and Frozone did nothing then City Hall would be destroyed. What are the police supposed to do against a giant drill, shoot it with bullets?
The cartoon Dash was watching was Johnny Quest.
I just want to put this out there…….I think you are a great dad, if the way that sweet little baby looks at you is any indication!! 😊😊😊😊😊
I am not sure he can fly, but he can definitely levitate!
Chayenne has Super Powers :)
They just took a really long time to release a second movie to the point where it was necessary to recast the roles of the kids, and that's a big factor in why there isn't a third.
If you think about it, Evelyn Deavor's name is a play on for the Evil Endeavor
I think the idea is that you don't have to think of solutions, because the writers have already developed one.
29:14 Title of this cartoon is "johny Quest" i remember it from my childhood. Its very old and very hard to find in google. I would like to see all episodes 😥😥
That cartoon Dash was watching was Johnny Quest
Tbh the underminer wouldn't have caused that much damage above ground if the incredibles hadn't interfered
To escape, the underminer created a situation for the supers to focus on
You should watch the mini movies...jack jack attack and jack jack's night with Edna...it shows even more of jack jack's powers (ones not shown in the movies)
The cartoon they were watching was the original Johnny Quest!!
The clue is in front of you the whole time and you don't even realize it's a clue: They tell you right up front who, exactly, is behind this evil endeavor.

Me: I'm conflicted about those videos now 💀
"I loved the first one it was incredible"
I see what you did there
Jack-Jack flies up because of SNEEZES, NOT farts. If you look closely, the air-y trails comes from his nose, not his butt (plus it would sound like farts if they really were that).
20:00 nah that was actually terrifying
Picking up right away after the first one this time featuring The Screenslaver with the power of hypnosis
just for your information: there is a jack-jack short video on disney and i loved it!
Supers are still illegal but a mysterious benefactor who holds heroes dear to his heart wants them to keep going, especially when a new villain as the "Screenslaver" works as a hypnotist to cause people to do his bidding
Imagine Syndrome was able to get away with taking away Jackjack and made him a sidekick. But then it backfired when he realised he is stronger than Syndrome!
I don't think that would be a surprise really, jack jack's a super - pretty self-explanatory whose the stronger one.
your children are so cute!
I think what happened with the omnidroid is a combination of artificial intelligence and a cycle of development and implementation of hardware design... Or simultaneous cycles of both.
I remember everyone was always waiting for the sequel. And in theaters they even apologied for the wait
If Incredibles 3 isn't centered around Frozone (or entirely on his wife) I DONT WANT IT
Introducing Winston Dever voiced by Bob Odenkirk
Jack-Jack has potential to be the strongest super hero ever lol
Next movie may put a twist to the whole "the people v supers" and involve a superhero turning against the people
we had an outright supervillian against the supers
we had a bitter person against the supers
so a good switch-up would be the supers against the people
You should watch ratatouille. Some regards it as PIXAR'S magnum opus.
Love this movie! Jack Jack is both cute and dangerous. 😁
My prediction for a third movie.... wait for it.... wait for it.... ALIENS!
Reminds me Monster verses Aliens, and Bolt for more movies.
20:21 Aaawwwww that's too cute!!! 😆
Behold !!!!!!! The UNDERMINERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
what do u write down? i noticed this in other videos too lol
Names and notes of thing I want to talk about after the film is over
They were watching Johnny Quest
Hopefully we will be watching Incredibles 3 soon.
i just saw the baby get in the room
I guessed that the villain was Evelyn in the first 20 minutes of the movie when I saw it in theaters LoL 😂 but I loved the reveal regardless
