But if you suppress your emotions, you will have high stress levels and worse thinking patterns which litterally means you will have bad mental health. So if you suppress your emotions, your bad mental health will hinder your dreams. The right thing to do is to validate those emotions, have good coping mechanisms, have good habits and boundaries, and use logic. It's also good to find an environment or community that is good for you.

I got to know through a psychiatrist that I was normal also got to know that the problem was with my parents they were narcissists.
