Also, park models are trailers, not tiny homes and generally speaking people who want to live in tiny homes don't want to live in a park model trailer. I know, its a fine line, but park models can at least go in a park, as they are built to RIVA standards. Tiny homes, unless built by a RIVA licensed manufacturer are pretty much illegal everywhere except very remote places where no one gives a crap what you live in, as long as you have a septic system to pump your poop into.

The website says this size is $102,375. That is hilarious when you consider you can get a park model that's 100x's nicer from 65-90K.
