I am a pilot. The FAA is not a forward thinking body. Without the NTSB the FAA would be mostly useless bureaucracy. I went to an extremely compliant part 141 flight school and they still could not rest easy around the FAA. The FAA is slow, reactive ,and highly impractical in there implementation of rules.
I have told you many times to make sure the engine is turned on 1km before landing .. other reasons can be accepted but the most important is the stability of SN9 when landing .. so that time is important .. remember to test SN10 make sure 1km before landing the engine is turned on
That's a relief, The environment is spared from all that methane dumped into it. Sadly the future is doomed for hideous amounts of methane exhaust if SpaceX fulfills its threat of proposed lunches.
Ummm, methane is what they burn, which results in other things, the rocket doesn't release methane to the atmosphere. It actually is one of the cleanest fuels in existence after hydrogen. I hope you don't consume meat, given that the meat industry produces 10% of the greenhouse effect gasses because of the methane cows produce...
@@gonzapato1006 Like most combustion engines they are not 100% efficient and some fuel is not burned. Not to mention all the venting done in prefight and just the filling the tanks. Oh and what about when the rocket blows up, do you think all that fuel is burned up then. Methane is the worst greenhouse gas out there. Anyone who thinks spacex is making our world better is a fool.
What is good is that theres no quides, stand up bars, holders... Or anything that usyally are in USA rockets stands. So thats why this could really go to the sky instead of blowing on the groundplate.
Would SpaceX considering partnership with video feeds ? Like closer view, handled by them to be used by professionals adding value with quality explanations like you are doing ?
Federal Aviation Administration, they have to activate a TFR (temporary flight restriction) so no other planes or aerial vehicles enter the danger zone.
That doesn’t sound right. Why would the FAA do that? You file a flight plan just to have the FAA deny your flight? What the fuck is going on in this stupid world?! First time I’v heard of this. A scrubbed flight is always caused by technical issues/weather. Some bureaucrat can’t Devine some edict out of thin air like that! For crying out load!

@@_starfiend oh damn sorry I was just counting it myself should have made a mistake.
If they had a base outside any country ,such as a private island , would they still need to get permission to launch from any government .
As they are an american company, the FAA is still in charge of giving the green light for all of their launches, even if they are in other country.
please provide the latest information on when the start will take place?
for the second time. better than screwed.
