If a 52nd state is admitted, they would each be sorted randomly.

I'm not convinced of this "your mic voice is your real voice and you're just crazy" argument. I'm sure it's a part but I've heard people say the same phrase over many microphones and if you didn't tell me it was one person I would have thought each mic was a different person. Once you get the most clear, least distorted one then perhaps but if it's like a telephone speaker when it plays back you can't convince me it's all in my head.
regarding the timeline things and social media: tumblr shows all posts in order, and I think they're the last social media to do this. they did add a lot of adds tho.
I don't care for "get out the vote" campaigns because they have the implicit assumption that an uninformed vote is just as valuable as an informed vote. If someone doesn't know any real data about who they are voting for or why I'd prefer they not vote at all. It seems like compulsory voting would just make that worse. How well-informed are Australian voters compared to other democracies?
