Wow Kevin, that must have been a blast to ride and so interesting having the opportunity to interview one of Yamaha’s race legends. Great job once again. Billy D
to my understanding, the fx seems to be replacing the gp in every aspect other than weight now. would you say the fx with mods, handles the same/if not better than the gp? its coming off as the perfect mix of comfort/performance. im after performance mainly, but if its going to handle as well as the gp with the extra comfort.. seems like a no brainer.
Great question, Alex! You'll note that most racers ran GPs at World Finals. It's still the preferred PWC for closed course racing; the FX is great for super course, offshore and rougher water conditions.
Northeast Florida Personal Watercraft the foam wedges are available online; he simply stacked, glued and carved them to fit his little feet (Kevin wears a 11.5).

Great interview! Baldwin is the man!
Yes, we know. It was a slip of the tongue which we noted in the first line of the video's description.
Impressive machine for sure 👍
JetSki Brothers it’s a monster! But it’s the pairing of it to the right rider to make it a winner.
Great review Kevin!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it!

Is the speedometer locked to 70mph even if the speed is higher?
Yes, well...sorta. We explain it in the article in greater detail.

Do you know if the foot wedges that Brian has on his ski are homemade or can you purchase them?
