What followed was a private dinner and a limo ride and...Needless to say it turned into a big creepy come on from the guy and she had to have been 17 or 18 at the time. We all just sat in stunned silence as she read her story. I've never forgotten that.

I said no. I only had a blog. He was very creepy and the experience was uncomfortable. By the time I got back to my room that night I had a horrendous headache and some strange blisters. Then on the last day we were in Vegas we stopped in the Bellagio diner for breakfast before getting on the plane to go home. My drink tasted funny so I didn't drink it but once we got on the plane I was very ill. When we finally got home our apartment had been tossed, and a bunch of stuff stolen and broken including sketchbooks and pages from journals, tools, personal items and my baptism certificate. It was a mess.

I've seen two of Mr. Copperfield's shows live. Incredibly awesome! I got to see him at Ceasers years ago and as we were leaving the auditorium he was already in the hallway ready to sign autographs. I remember for a split second our eyes locked. I will never forget those eyes up close - 10 feet away- very hard to put into words. I do agree with you.

I saw his show once but it was awful. It looked like a rehearsal with an amateur. We saw the car drive onto the stage so not so magical You could see all the behind the scene manipulation. He kept messing up tricks so would have to redo them. Most of the show was card tricks because that was the only thing that was working so much that it got boring. Long pauses between. It was a total mess and that's when we wrote him off. The audience couldn't wait to leave and they weren't stopping to buy t-shirts afterward.

Penn and Teller "Fool Us" ruined magic for me by exposing all of the gimmicked props. But Irehman7 shows how much skill is needed to use these props in a way that creates a seemless illusion. He restored my interest in a great magician/illusionist.

Penn and Teller "Fool Us" ruined magic for me by exposing all of the gimmicked props. But Irehman7 shows how much skill is needed to use these props in a way that creates a seemless illusion. He restored my interest in a great magician/illusionist.
Actually he built a rotating stage where the audience sat and simply pointed them in a different direction where there was no statue.

We went to his show in Boston years ago..he was at the top of his popularity..however, i found his show LAUGHABLE..absolutely LAUGHABLE..my ex in laws had graciously paid for all tickets or i would have requested a refund. Just Moving camera angles,and paying off audience' members is not magic to me. Simply stupidity..i could see the extras running thru trap door in one "skit" he sucked plain & simple...
