more people should be trying the enviolo automatiq. done 15000km in last 18months on a r&m nevo3 gt automatiq. Not changing gears at all and using your legs only to set speed but with a stable cadence you can set is wonderful i use it at 65. Its like riding a single speed in the city/suroundings. I ride about 50km/day.
