As a CNC programmer and operator for 25 yrs. And BIG fan of your channel, I offer you a $ Saving hack for your plasma table. If you export your design as a DXF to a plotter at 1:1 scale , you can cut out paper and test fit before burning metal. That’s how I do it for reverse engineering customers broken parts without prints to go by. Keep on keeping on. Ak Ak Jack
we do this for templets (mainly sinks for countertops) for stone. we use something that's basically cardboard

Hey this post is directly to Ethan: the toggle switch thingy at 18:16 can be used connected to a timer, which can turn on all the lights you need for camping and then turning them off so you don't drain to much from the battery.
Also sad to see Will leaving, hope him the best and to see him sometimes in the channel!

Will, pls don’t go!! Watching you grow and learn over months/years has been one of the biggest accomplishments of the Grind Hard Plumbing Co’s RUclips Channel. I truly hope you rethink your decision, but at the very least I hope Ethan can find a new Will that can assist him, but at the same time has that same growing/learning experience that Will has taken us on. Oh man, it has been SUCH a treat to watch Will grow into the man he is. I kind of expected him to graduate from the channel eventually, but dang it this is way sooner than I expected. Happy trails, Will!

Getting to know & understand Will has been one of the top RUclips experiences of the last few years. I hope he survives all his future escapades and keeps the GrindHard (acetylene)torch high in whatever he does next. This MAN… 😢🥳😘😉

Loosing will, definitely will change the vibe of the channel. Every time I watch one of these videos I KNOW I would get along with everyone there as a 26 year old guy that's into everything that everyone around there is into (cameras cars trucks motorcycles ) and I can also fabricate. This is a dream job for me even if I don't get camera time

The Will story arc was interesting, and it would have been cool watching him develop into a fabricator, but Grind Hard is Ethan's craftsmanship
My all time favorite Grind Hard moment was when Will said "I'd go a little harder, but I have a cookie in my pocket." and proceeds to pull out the cookie and take a bite out of it. He brought such a good chaotic energy. Wish him all the best in the future!

in my early days of being a mechanic, i learned to diagnose dying ignition coil modules by smelling them too. that destinct smell of burnt intigrated circuits an overheaded epoxy is still a usefull indicator. Greeting from germany.

It's been entertaining watching Will learn how to fabricate, Mig weld, then Tig weld, run the lathe, and the plasma cutter.

Have you considered halving the width of the front tire? Or maybe making the tire profile different? To me the front tire seems to be the main issue. On tractor trailers, the drive tires are like the rear tire of the monster bike, but we use different steer tires, and I feel pushing a drive tire on the front is cool-looking, but not ideal for its main purpose. Just thinking out loud 🤙👍
