The quick version is:
The girl is Vaylin, younger sister to the twin boys in the 'Sacrifice' video. The woman is Senya, the childrens' mother and leader of the Knights of Zakuul. We see her trying to get her daughter to hide her force sensitivity because when it is discovered their father, the 'Immortal Emperor' Valkorian took her away (to be brainwashed, more or less).

She didn’t give the girl to them willingly. Her husband was the emperor. The twins are her children too. He took the twins when they were born, because they were strong in the force. She hid her daughter’s power...but when she was discovered he took her daughter too and twisted her. She tried to rescue her but Veylin chose to stay.
Slight correction; both parents knew Vaylin was immensely powerful from birth, but couldn't agree on what to do with her. After this incident, Valkorion felt she was too powerful and he feared that she would be able to overpower him someday, so that's why he took her away

Also, the older woman is the mother of all 3 of them. The twins and Vaylin. The twins names are Arcann and Thexan.
On the bright side, if you make the right decisions in-game, she helps redeem one of her children.
I've been playing this game since 2012. The story is fantastic.
The order for the trailers is:
1. Return
2. Hope
3. Deceived (Hope and Deceived both occur within less than a week of each other, but you can tell Malgus needs the respirator after Satele (blue double bladed lightsaber chick) fucks him up on Alderaan, and he has it in Deceived)
4. Sacrifice (this occurs 15 to 20 years later)
5. Betrayed

Hey, Ecomog. If you'll watch all the trailers. They come in chronological order. The first three. It goes: Star Wars TOR Return, then Hope then Deceived. After that its Sacrifice and the one you watched with is Betrayal that's the last one. Watch them in that order or they won't make much sense.

They turned the daughter into a sith and those two boys are from a cinematic before this one. It's called "sacrifice"

RompotMechanikos yeah known as Vitiate but he transferred his essence into the body you see in the trailer by the name of Valkorion, Emperor of the Eternal/Zakuul Empire, I believe he was born pure Sith but transferred his consciousness into other bodies ruling for a thousand years, so yes technically sith however he fights both sith and Jedi so half and half? xD
She's not Sith, she's trained in the Dark Side, but under Zakuul. She is the daughter of a former Sith (Emperor), but that is all.

The little girl is Vaylin, the only daughter of Valkorian. She has amazingly powerful force abilities. She is at the end of the trailer with the lightning. The woman is Senya Tirell, mother of Arcann and Thexan and Vaylin and wife to Valkorian. You met both of them in the game the only one you don't met is Thexan. The planet they take Vaylin to is Nathema.

To explain this video.
The little girl is Vaylin, the daughter of the woman in the clip and younger sister to the twin brothers.
Her mother wanted her to hide her force sensitivity because she was so skilled in it that her mother, Senya, feared her father, the emperor Valkorion, would do something about it, which he did. He found out she was force sensitive and send her off the Nathema where she was "conditioned". Her power was limited and her deep subconciousness was manipulated so that she would lose all her power in certain situations. The conditioning involved heavy torture of mind and body and that really fucked her up, and because her mother didn't oppose it at first, vaylin felt like it was Senya's fault.
So when Senya tries to rescue Vaylin, Vaylin decides to stay behind with her father to harness her hatred, which she later uses to hunt Senya down in some twisted sense of revenge.
It is interesting Vaylin's story is very similar to Jack's from Mass effect. The reason Vaylin wasn't trained like her brother is she had mental instability and lacked the discipline to control herself and her powers. So she was a danger to everyone which is why Valkorian tried to cage her mind.
That's true, but Jack could eventually let go of all her rage and become something more than just a bitter, withdrawn, broken person. Vaylin unfortunately never managed to stop being a rage driven tyrannical butcher.

her father is the former Sith Emperor who deemed him self as a God. in true fashion he feared his daughter would over power him so he sealed her powers. few years after words when the main character is in, he teams up with the mother to face her son and daughter. short version of what is going on.

someone may have already told you guys what was happening but if not ...The girl is Vaylin. Her mom is Senya and the Guy is her father the eternal emperor. Valkorian(although by the time of this trailer Valkorian is actually dead and his body has been possessed by the Sith Emperor Vitiate. Senya never realizes that its no longer her husband because he gradually changes instead of over night.Vaylins power was out of control-she did kill those gaurds and many others as well including a Nanny when she was 3- and Senya had no choice, the Emperor took her to cage a part of her mind to contain her power. Vaylin blamed her mother for being taken away and didn't understand what was going on. By the time her mother tried to rescue her it was too late she had changed irrevocably. The two brothers in the Sacrifice trailer are her older brothers Thexan (in black) and Arcan(in white)
I play the game and The Ethernal Throne is a badass story! I like it more than the movies, it's just genious!

Hey so i know this has been posted for a wile now. But two things, First tell me these are not the best game cinematic ever. Second you guys have the best reactions to these. It feels like you can truly appreciate the story they are trying to tell. Also due to me being a starwars nerd, i can tell you that audible "not sponsored or anything" has pretty much all of the "old republic" series of books. They will tell some of the story to what your watching. P.S. the Father's name is Vitiate, hes immortal.
