- Hello friends, in this video we will be synthesising phenolphthalein by the phthalein dye reaction from phenol and phthalic anhydride. It's a very easy synthesis of the indicator used in acid base titration
This video is made for academic purpose for students and researchers.

Hello, I'm a follower from Brazil and I really like the teaching quality of your videos, but I would like to know if you know of any synthetic method for producing hydrogenated cyanamide other than through the conventional calcium cyanamide process or the urea method, as in this case of the latter, I have already tried but the yield did not exceed 3 grams and one of the reasons is that the formation of water in the process limits the formation of calcium cyanate, where it is then heated to 800 degrees Celsius to form cyanamide using powdered charcoal to prevent oxidation . The proposal is some method via organic synthesis, do you know of any process, as this product is widely used to break the dormancy of grapes and other deciduous plants?
Nice video
Sir Salol synthesis ki video nahi mil rahi he aapki

Hello
For Extraction Part we can use Any other solvent?
I think chloroform may be used. This step may be entirely avoided with ease, by the way
hello can you please link/state textbook/s or reference material/s that you used for the procedure?
I think Vogel's organic practical textbook
Is it possible to show a clip of making ammonium perchlorate without the need for prochloric acid?
The only other way I can think of is electrolysis.
