I had a wizard who had fireball as a cantrip and a reflavored poison gas that Burns instead of poison. He had, in what can only be described as a fire mage. Oh yeah, he could also eat it. The DM was foolish enough to let me use a combination of homebrew, modified point buy, and a dragon born wizard. It was awesome.
Lockpick the Kinder Bard. Never understood how property worked and was a shade past kleptomaniac. Never shut up and had the bad habit of not being afraid of anything. Case in point, the party is confronted by a dragon outside its lair. As the party tries to talk with the dragon about not ending our worthless lives, good ol' Lockpick just walks underneath the dragon's legs and into the dragon's lair. While talk goes on outside, Lockpick straight jacked the dragon's entire hoard. Going so far as to walk back out and leave the party behind, saying he was tired of adventuring that day and needed a nap lol.
I wish to understand how you implemented cards as spells. How did card summoning correlate to your character level? Did you add more powerful cards as you leveled up? What yugioh "rules" did you implement for "fairness"?
Man, I miss playing DnD. It's been at least 5 years since I last played... 😭 And instead of trying to look for playgroup near me, I watch TFS at the table and torment myself (or satisfy my dnd hunger) by it.
Aaaaayyyyy!!!! I love those guys they were my introduction into D&D!!!!! There the reason for how I found Critical Role, Pufffin Forest, Dingo Doodle, and why now Play D&D with my friends from High School!!!!!!!
What kind of D&D Characters have you guys played before? Were they as awesome as mine?
I've never actually done anything "D & D" but my friend told me I should start, and she set asked a couple other people so I might start who knows!
I had a tentacle spawning teleporter who yeeted a golem made of pretzels called Pretz in a war

This is why DMs are scared of homebrew.

I see your Gnome Wizard and raise you a Half-Orc Bard named Donk with a teddy bear.
I see you are a man of high intelligence. I salute thee
Ayyyyy new doliwhop Video #Hype
With how often they come out, it's always a reason to celebrate lol
Just play a hyper intelligent wholesome necromancer, who likes dogs, making friends (living or dead), learning, and doesn't understand N.U.N.D.O.s
