I keep hearing you talk about your restaurant, but finally found your place during this vid. Not gonna be in Wyoming any time soon, but if I am in the neighborhood, I will definitely stop by! Peace and love!
Just payed off the Frontier last paycheck two weeks ago and had to slap a hub bearing on it last Saturday lol.. when you pay em off you gotta start fixing them. But Man it feels good not to have that note anymore.
I hear that! Congrats! Run that thing as long as you can and maybe dump what would have been the payment into a quality dividend stock. Let cash work for you. Check out rule #1 investing by Phil town
We just paid off our 2014 Ford Edge this last summer while out there this past summer. That means it will poop out soon---right? It has 186k miles. So, I'm glad to see this happen as I will have to buy one soon. As far as the housing market, I only disagree in that the "crash" you don't see happening is going to be regional. It'll happen in some areas, but not in WY for sure. I enjoy your comments, but I expect more crisis coming than you do. Peace.
There will definitely be some regional markets that have a downturn, but I don't see the whole market having a 2008. Congrats on paying the car off. Ride it as long as you can. UC prices are falling, but they still have more to go.
If I didn't move to Wyoming...I would be bankrupt. Sold my house in IL. Renting a house in Wyoming. Praying for a better economy.

Looking forward to you stopping by. Have a good weekend

Stay away from the unreliable new vehicles. My 2018 Colorado has so many sensor issues.
Scottsbluff Ne is very affordable
Looking at it now, thank you
Took a trip over there in June. Liked it there. The bluffs are really cool.
@@midwestwildwest9477 there are some great spots right off the Platte River
