me and my buddies made our own legends after watching ur vid where you made your own. and mine was a super similar to conduit. the passive is literally the same. but mine tactical link you to 1 ally and they can heal and recharge shield depending on hp state, if full hp they recharge shield, and if damaged they heal hp then recharge shield. and the ulti gives speed boost and activates tactical for both allies for 30 seconds.
