Back at the Paladin in Yucatan, Mexico, Grim meets Sam and Briggs arriving from their previous mission. She tells them the airport staff evacuated five minutes ago without any word. They immediately fall under attack by unknown forces, they presume they're the Engineers or mercs hired from them. While the rest of the crew provides suppressive fire, Fisher flanks the enemies. During the firefight one the Fourth Echelon's team, Ollie, is wounded. Thanks to a break in the action Sam boards the plane and the Paladin prepares to takeoff.
