Personally, if you're looking for the same performance with a really minimal ergo change I'd just stick with the CS1/CS 1.5/CSR. Once they update to the CS2 eyes, trigger, etc. the new GEO will definitely trump older models... but currently they are too similar to justify the cost.
The CS1, 1.5, and Geo 4 are literally the EXACT same gun internally. Planet eclipse just doesn’t know how to improve the Cs1 yet so they’ll change the most superficial things like the grip or milling and then call it an entirely different name then sell it for $400 more, and then all these idiots and suckers buy it. With that being said, the geo 4 I bought comes in the mail tomorrow.
One additional difference between the Geo 4 and CS platform is the soft tip bolt. Still not sure you’d be able to tell a difference in the shot, but it should be more reliable. That said you can buy the newer soft tip for your CS.
You're absolutely right! The soft tip bolt definitely lasts longer than the older versions. The older soft tip bolt would wear down and cause bolt stick/FSDO. I'm really happy with the new design.
Stopped playing paintball for about 5 years.. came back worried my guns wouldn’t hold up to the new shit.. my Geo 3’s now the most sought after used marker there is, aaaand my CS1 has the exact same system as all the new top of the line shit lol. Hard to improve upon IV core perfection I suppose.
It all depends honestly. Both trades should be in your favor because it’s a Sig Series Force. Also, TM40s are currently for sale… they may be dropping a new Luxe soon. Personally, I’d swap the Force for the Geo 4 and get some cash on top. That’s just me though because I love IV core markers. I wouldn’t trade for a 3.5 unless you really, really wanted one simply because of the solenoid. Just my opinion though and I hope this helps!
Just found this video and I’ve been thinking about that marker. I am not going to buy it because of that front grip wiggle thing. I am all about fit and finish and I also think that PE loves to cut corners. That grip issue shouldn’t have even made it to final production.
It's the exact same core as the Geo4 and can definitely keep up. The Geo 3.5 is still highly sought-after by IV Core fans like myself. THe only issue is if the noid goes out you will have to purchase a new one, it isn't rebuildable like the CS line. No worries tho, PE still sells them.
Cs1 Csr Cs1.5 Geo4 Are literally all the SAME GUN. PE just rebranded each one from making the tiniest insignificant differences, so it’s funny we suck it all up lol
HAHAHA! Dude, when I’m filming the damn word “brass” ALWAYS slips my mind and I say copper. It’s definitely not copper 🤦🏻♂️. Hahaha. Thanks man... it’s probably happened even more than that 😥😂
@@ThePBFit I really appreciate it man! I’m just getting back into the sport after not playing for 4 years and seeing a lot of new product lately and the Geo 4 caught my eye so I had to try it out!
Do you think the Geo 4 is worth it or should ballers just go out and grab older CS models?

Hahaha, I do enjoy the CS2 grip frame tho over the original CS releases.
The grip moves back and forth because the screws are loose
Check your Stalk screws above your AA battery housing. That causes that shakey /noise
Yes sir! Did this and it works.
Got my cs1 last summer for that price, and the black and silver color combo too. Slapped some cs2 grips on there and it’s awesome.
Smart move man!
I have two options: I can either trade a Force for a mint Cs1, XL freak kit and Carbon IC barrel and $200 or the force for a geo4 what should I do
Love my Geo 4. Wish the trigger was as smooth as my XLS though
Dude what a review absolutely a masterpiece

I still rock a Geo 3 man. Probably one of the best shooters out there and I like the “old school” feel. Glad to hear your back in the sport 💪🏼
I just got a Geo 3.5 and it’s incredible. None of the new spool markers appeal to me now, just my 3.5 and my autococker and I’m all set for Sunday’s.
I'm shooting a Luxe X right now and I'm planning to sell my Shocker XLS to pick one of these bad boy up. Hopefully I don't regret it!
You won't regret it man I love the Geo 4. Definitely a step up from a Shocker XLS.
Screw waiting...i like the Geo 4, i bought 1 its shoots effin great....
IV Core is where it’s at 👌🏼
Geo 4.1 and an LV2 would be AWESOME
I’m switching from a Mini GS and getting a Geo 4 for my bday 🤘🏻
Nice! You’ll love it! It’s definitely a big step up from a Mini GS 💪🏼.
I love this honest review Man U actually bought it with ur money now all I need is u to do the tm40 lmao
Geo 4 or Shocker AMP, which one do you think is a better marker? I remember you used to love Shockers, I’m surprised you haven’t done an AMP review.
I still love Shockers! I just need to get my hands on the AMP... maybe SP will hook me up with one to review 0.o hahaha
Amp has had some QC issues and paint handling issues. If you must buy new Geo 4 for sure.
@@XxJkatxX really? Aw man.
Dude do you recommend trading a sig series Force for the geo 4 or tm40 or keep the force? I’m conflicted.
Also have the opportunity to trade the force for two BRAND NEW IN BOX GEO 3.5’s still have the tags on and everything.

It’s just loose screws tight them up and solid as rock!
I’m still running with my geo 3.5. Do you think it compares still??
If you ignore what both look like, the performance is the same. Everything past the 3.5 has the rebuildable solenoid which is the main advantage.

Have u figured out the grip issue?
silicone tubing on your needlenose pliers is great for that kind of work
That is awesome advice!
Did the 170r kill off the CS2?
I don’t think so. I just think Jack Wood had the CS3 in the works 😉.
Dye czr vs emek recball speedball later maybe
2nd video Ive watched, where you call brass, copper lol it looks to be brass my friend
HAHAHA! Dude, when I’m filming the damn word “brass” ALWAYS slips my mind and I say copper. It’s definitely not copper 🤦🏻♂️. Hahaha. Thanks man... it’s probably happened even more than that 😥😂
silencio tip 👌
Hoe does the geo 4 compare to the mav dev prime xts?
I just bought a geo 4 😅
Hey man, I don't have buyers remorse at all. I love the Geo 4, just giving people options!

Anyone selling a good cs1 at the 550 price range comment here.. Im looking to getting one as soon as i find a good deal.
PLIERS!!! Lmao! Too funny.
Hahahah man I've caught so much flack for using freakin' pliers! I'm like a surgeon in there bro! xD
I’m over hear with a mini gs
The Mini GS marker is awesome! It'll shoot faces just as well as any other marker out there!

How do I change the trigger ?!?!
Did you do it?
