Loved it when this CEO - told Mr. Bramford - you had a brilliant talent right now you nose but you were too bigoted to see it. This is why companies like yours will never make it.
Whst does bigoted mean?
People like this boss is the reason why businesses nowadays are failing. He had this young man who knew logistics and can solve their shipping crisis, but noo he was to focus discrimitnating then paying attention to thr bigger picture that cost his company big time.
People if your going on business and become thr boss, ceo, etc.... know this if you were to offer the individual a position and you flat out told them they can't because such and such, pit yourself in their position and remember yrs ago on how you actually got the job in the first place.

Great video he knew about his potential but he didn't care and only hired him so he can bully him I don't know why this guy is so angry he has a high position he's so lucky yet he has to be cruel to people just to feel good about himself I'll never understand why Rich powerful privileged people are always so miserable if I had what he had I would be a lot happier and I would definitely use what I had for good to everyone reading this comment if you have privilege recognize it and use it for good
In a professional job nobody shouldn’t discriminate anyone of what they look like or where they are from. Everyone should treat others equally and respect and kindness. That boss is a terrible person and treated badly to the new employee.
The problem with the racist boss is that he is also a immigrant.
Aren't we all immigrants? My ancestors came from Ireland, Germany and eastern Europe, the only who wasn't an immigrant was my great grandma who was full blood Soiux Indian.

You know the racist boss would figure out when the young man was impressing the client he would have made some excuse and use the young man.Then under pay him get the client and figure out how shipping issues worked and fired the young man or kept him under paid flunky.
