Work place bullying happens all the time
They are usually narcissists. One in six people are narcissists and they are awful to work with. When I go into a company for the first time I spend about 2 or 3 months red flagging those who have those traits. Then I try to avoid them like the plague. It's really bad if they happen to be your boss though. It's going to get worse. If I discovered I was working for a narcissist boss I would change jobs as soon as possible.
I know this is pretend, but real CEO'S of companies should go under cover. They will find that most of thier upper management do not even know how to treat or care about those that work under them and instead be little them.

This happens in real life, my bosses do it every time they have to actually manage. What’s worse, is they’re bad at their jobs.
I know this is a skit but I find it amusing but if I was the CEO I personally would say wait right here and then I would have four big security guards come to remove both those women😅
Absolutely Love It. When someone in a senior position abuses their power to intimidate and harass employees is despicable. Anyone who behaves in this way does NOT deserve to hold that position. I absolutely love the way the employes came to the defence of the CEO not knowing who she was. Brilliant!!!

You know what? I saw that at a former co-worker's wedding. It was sad and disgusting.
Some mean girls never grow up but I believe most learn being immature and cruel don’t always pay off.

I know it’s only a skit. But it’s sad that this really happens every day out there in one way or another. I know I’ve been through these situations in my lifetime and seen this type of behavior in the working industry, especially in the food service industry. But karma is a bitch and I know it. I will have to agree with other people's comments in that going undercover as a janitor in your own company was a smart move. This ~really~ happened, told me from a girl I know... Being a hot looking thing in a corporate office, on her first day on the job, some typical smooth talking wolf man went too far to seduce her with the usual flattery to the point of offense. The man asks her, since she is new in the office, what is her job. She said she's the new anti-sexual harassment lawyer, and you're fired. I know for a fact big corporations have such titles averting sexual harassment lawsuits against them and other degrading of women lawsuits such as the Japanese men working in corporate American offices humiliating women employees as sub-servants.

The sad part is, this is exactly how workplaces are. It's worse than elementary school playground. When I was an inmate in corporate purgatory I was flat out told I would never be in management, because if they promote dedicated hard workers like me, there won't be anyone to do the work. You will actually go futher the more incompetent you are & no that's not a joke. People that can't do are promoted to get them out of the way of the people that can. Furthermore NEVER make the mistake of thinking your hardwork, dedication or sacrifices (staying late, missing vacations etc) will be rewarded in any way, shape or form, ESPECIALLY if they make it a point to tell you it will. Do your job & nothing more, arrive at work & leave exactly when you are supposed to. If you need to go to the restroom or you need a drink out of the vending machine, do it right then & there or you won't get to at all. You are NOT required to give 2 weeks notice when you leave, if you were they would be required too give you 2 notice if they were terminating you. They love to point out that you are an "at will" employee, which means they can fire you at anytime, for any reason, on fhe spot. What they don't tell you is, that works both ways. You can walk off the job anytime, for any reason, on the spot & they are required by law to pay you for the time you have worked & any personal time you still haven't used. Since the vast majority of people do not know this & therefore don't do it & give them 2 weeks notice etc, they will absolutely screw with your pay & time owed. Just go to the state's employment office & they can help you. It's amazing how fast everything gets fixed when the state gets involved.

I began in customer support. My super (also a vet) saw I was improperly taught so he adjusted me himself. My job had a 6 wk que backlog. It was up to date in 2 wks. I was promo in my degree nobody knew I had. On military service appreciation day, my Drill Sgt hat emerged, complete with immaculate uniform and chrome boots; they were blindsided. The vets ate together and noticed nobody sat until everyone was present. Prior to out sourcing, I was sched promoted back to that section as its business analyst to the same group. All of them were petrified.

I am absolutely with her. I also mostly do not really care if my clothes do have a brand on them or not. She is a bit right, this society mostly does turns on "how you look" but in my opinion that is not a really smart move. Your clothes do say absolutely nothing about you and or who you are.
I think it is a bit funny, how you keep hearing everyone saying "be more friendly" and such things and everyone does seem to be agreeing on this, but then people do not realize how they turn more and more superficial, condescending and snooty on others.
I personally do love situations like that. I do have a lot of clothes, that do look a bit old and I like never wear dresses or so, and I am also mostly using an old electric scooter or walk to shopping.
It is not rare, that you pass a bus station , seeing people laugh at you because of a small e scooter, and you think "you are trying to build an overall opinion over a person's entire life, and you do wonder when it gets false? - And by your falsely way to think .... Yes....waiting for the bus is totally much cooler".
I do not know why people do that. If it is because they are insecure and want to look like in control or not being okay with themselves or being jealous or so.
Or you have such clothes on and be laughed at the cash register but when you go out and get in your car you see their mouths opened because they realized they were wrong.
It is impossible to judge a different person.... I do have high respect for the woman because she is being polite and just wants to do a great job. It is not important how you do look while doing it. The most important is that you love what you are doing and that you are doing a great job.

I wished our CEO would do that. To see how we are treated. You can try your best, and your best isn't good enough. Besides working with you, they put you on a PIP, so you can't even draw unemployment if that happens to you. NC is for employers than for hard-working people.
