What kind of divorce papers were those supposed to be? They sound completely and totally illegal. The only way a spouse is entitled to nothing is if they have a prenup that says if one cheats, the other gets nothing. Even marriages without one, if adultery is proven, the loyal partner gets more. Whatever lawyer drew up those papers drew up illegal papers. Can't just throw out a loyal, noncheating wife out with nothing.
