- You've been asking for it, so here it is! It hit the mountain lake again to do some fall fishing, but this time I had what I needed to do a catch and cook shore lunch. The mission was to catch a keeper walleye and make a blackened fish sandwich and that's exactly what we did. Austin caught the keeper walleye and we headed right for shore to fire up the skillet. It's one of the most simple ways to cook fish and is one of my favorite ways prepare it. The fall fishing was incredible and there were so many smallmouth and walleye caught before and after the catch and cook blackened fish sandwich, that this video will be part one of two.
