Oh my god...this touched something in me that I hadn't felt for a year, the true feeling of depression. It's sad to think I was at this point a year ago, almost driven to suicide. So glad I subscribed to this channel. That was so beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. I can really feel the emotions you put into this song. It's so amazing when someone really lets themselves pour into their emotions instead of just performing like some kind of robot. It may sound corny but when a performer is able to let their listeners feel what they're feeling through the music I think they've accomplished their goal as a musician and that's what I felt while listening to this cover. Id have to agree. Emotion is a HUUUGE part of music. I do enjoy some music that isnt, but to me its very important that most music have an important meaning, and lots of emotion to back it.
I would revisit this songs cover for many years. When I first heard it, I enjoyed listening to it, hell even imagined characters for possible amvs if I had ever learned the skillset. It was a very powerful song that I thought was a nice medley despite the darkness in the lyrics. Then I listened to it at probably my lowest and the lyrics hit especially hard. Everything resonated with me and this song was able to give my thoughts voice to what I would never say out loud, in a way, not letting it completely bottle up inside me. Now that I'm listening to it again for the first time again, it still makes me feel sad, but it reminds me of the progress I made. Instead of spiraling down, I have a handle on it. Doesn't mean I'm healthy or cured of depression now (god no) but it's better now. And I couldn't be more proud of that.

My friends seem to run away from me all the time, though they understand my feelings when I talk to them. I wish I could fly away from life, sometimes. Found this on my recomendation and I suddenly feel like nostalgia. 3 years ago this song was played in the night when i touched my limit of life. In that night, depression really ate me fully. I can relate all of the words in this song. Which is I have a strict parents and can't understand what "depression" is. It was a mess up when depression really the cause all of my problem in my education (you know what asian parents is) I don't have many friends and i can't talk about this to them for so many reason. So that's why I also feel alone. Like everyone leave me alone. For love, I already told my parents are strict right? so love is very porhibited to me. But i'm still cool with it cuz' i know I'm ugly and I'm not a bright person. In this point, I feel like i'm lying to myself that i need 'love'. These problem make me feel empty that night. I can't cry, but also can't laugh. I took a cutter and put in on my hand and neck. But then I decided to not do that. I listen this song for the second time. My tears out little bit and fall asleep till morning. now, 3 years later, thanks God i'm not feeling that way again. Even my life feels like getting worst, but I still can try to stand again.

aaa This rekindled some sad emotion in me. I know how it feels to lose someone, I had lost a furry friend about a year ago, and another one about a month ago. Though I've been able to recuperate, that pain of loss resurfaces sometimes. Wow, I kept hearing covers of this song, but always felt like something was missing, but this was just amazing. I'm sorry for your loss. It's been a while since I lost someone, but I know how it feels. When I was twelve I lost my Great Grandmother. I know it might sound silly since she was obviously very old, but to my whole family she was everything. She virtually raised my mother and aunt, and since my dad never tried to be a parent, she replaced him too while I was growing up. It was a huge loss for everyone. Over the years I've just had to tell myself to be happy for the short time I got to be with her. I decided it was much better to celebrate her life rather than be sad over her loss.

Found this on my recomendation and I suddenly feel like nostalgia. 3 years ago this song was played in the night when i touched my limit of life. In that night, depression really ate me fully. I can relate all of the words in this song.
Which is I have a strict parents and can't understand what "depression" is. It was a mess up when depression really the cause all of my problem in my education (you know what asian parents is)
I don't have many friends and i can't talk about this to them for so many reason. So that's why I also feel alone. Like everyone leave me alone.
For love, I already told my parents are strict right? so love is very porhibited to me. But i'm still cool with it cuz' i know I'm ugly and I'm not a bright person. In this point, I feel like i'm lying to myself that i need 'love'.
These problem make me feel empty that night. I can't cry, but also can't laugh. I took a cutter and put in on my hand and neck. But then I decided to not do that. I listen this song for the second time. My tears out little bit and fall asleep till morning.
now, 3 years later, thanks God i'm not feeling that way again. Even my life feels like getting worst, but I still can try to stand again.

Wow, I kept hearing covers of this song, but always felt like something was missing, but this was just amazing.
I'm sorry for your loss. It's been a while since I lost someone, but I know how it feels. When I was twelve I lost my Great Grandmother. I know it might sound silly since she was obviously very old, but to my whole family she was everything. She virtually raised my mother and aunt, and since my dad never tried to be a parent, she replaced him too while I was growing up. It was a huge loss for everyone. Over the years I've just had to tell myself to be happy for the short time I got to be with her. I decided it was much better to celebrate her life rather than be sad over her loss.
