Anne L. No you dont they only reflect back at the player if they hit a centaurs shield or the Herisiarchs invincible phase and you can reflect them back with yellow discs.

Heretic had it, Hexen 2 had it, and Heretic 2 had it.
There is no Book of Power in Hexen 1 - that is one exception in the series.
