      This is the answer. When Dave advised people to get a 15 year loan that was in the early 90’s when a house cost what a Mcchicken does today. This is the issue I have with Dave and his rigid hard and fast one size fits all financial advice. Every client is different and therefore what may work for one client might be a disaster to the next. Of course it’s difficult to market that as a book deal to sell to your cult of devout followers so instead he sticks to his dated advice that keeps people houseless and poor

  • @schroedergustav5754
    @schroedergustav5754 2 года назад +119

    The obvious answer is no, but it's easier said than done. Once you get in the rhythm of chasing your dreams, it's hard to stop. Sometimes, I work too much because I worry that I won't have enough to provide for my family. But remember, if you don't spend time with them, there will be no family to take care of. Balance can be hard (if not impossible) to reach, but make sure to set boundaries and schedule some quality time with family.
