Scorpio N’s performance in the dunes was really impressive. Mahindra have turned the traction control quite well 👌. Only issue is the low ground clearance and bad approach + departure angle which messes up everything

As per my 1st drive experience of Scorpio-N in Sand dunes did a decent job even without deflate the tyres.
Almost any 4X4 will stuck in these boggy dunes if not deflated.

As we all know gypsy is the all time OG for off-roading, so are you. You know every trick to get the car out of any situation. This shows the pool of knowledge and experience that you have gained from years. I would love to learn from you and drive with your gang once I have my 4x4 in my garage.

Saw your detailed video on scorpio-n. Have u been able to find any solution to the drawbacks that u had mentioned( inability to use snowchain, low ground clearance, poor placement of def tank)that limits its offroading capability? Any after market modification solutions that you have found?
We have found and installed fix for Snowchains not fitting issue, installed spacers in 1 Scorpio and now there is enough space.
Tried Bat4x4 underbody, it does more harm than good. Waiting for Arka motorsports underbody now.
@@Anshyuman Thanks for the reply Anshuman. Spacers of which company did u buy ? also plz suggest a good workshop where u can get these modifications done in Delhi NCR. Will u be shifting the DEF tank to a better position? Also what about the ground clearance?

@Anshuman, what is the turbo issue with the 2.8 Fortuner? Is it only during dune bashing or it happens otherwise also over the long run/stressful driving?
Actuator in Turbo malfunctions. Even Toyota can't diagnose it on their own.
Should we not disable traction control while driving in dunes?. Here in middle East we disable traction and our 4wds work well

Fortuner is excellent for offroad use, but it is almost impossible to find a well maintained + low mileage car(Toyota maintained & genuine odo).

Bishnoi bhai Mahindra has given a ground clearance of 227mm in the ScorpioN in Australia but yahan 49mm kam de di.. saddest part.. Mahindra ko next update mein groin clearance badhani chahie

I think you should've turned on ATPC (All terrain progress control) on that Defender which automatically gets car out.
Any active traction control will get the car out as long as its not sitting on its belly.
Does the petrol variant also have this radiator placement issue. Bacause in one video I have seen that thar diesel is having same issue but thar petrol doesn't.
Why Scorpion N petrol is not having 4x4??
Still Scorpion N performed very well comparing the price range.

What causes debeading of tires ??
I mean what not to do to avoid this ?
Cornering with low pressure, sudden change from soft to hard ground, sharp input to steering. Keep tyre pressure higher, use gentle steering inputs.

No, AWD system will heat up in 10 mins.
@@Anshyuman Then sir, what's the purpose of giving awd?
AWD is for occasional Snow or Slush on road/trails. AWDs are not robust enough for such offroading. Such boggy sand puts too much stress on drivetrain and engine.

Hello Anshuman. This comment from you concerns me a fair deal. I am currently waiting for my 700 AWD, I come from Rajasthan, and need a car to tackle dunes like these.
I called a few people in Jaiselmer, and they said the 700 AWD with deflation is able to go on the dunes with no problems.
Can you please make a video on it ? It will save a lot of people 4Laks, I can just as easily get a AX7L if the AWD is no good for the sand
