Muhammaraaaaaaaaa zahteeeeeeeeeeeeer 🤩😍😍😍😍 I am very happy to see pomegranate molasses, zahter, sumac, muhammara and babagannuş in my favourite channel. In Turkish cuisine we have over 100 mezes and most of them are vegan.

Thankful for veganism for pushing me to try so many new cuisines i would've never thought to try before. Middle eastern and carribbean are two major ones. Looks divine

Looks delish!! Babaganoush and much of the Middle Eastern cuisine is definitely a favorite of mine, too 🙂
Have been follow you two for many years, back when you'd just started the shop in Greystones as I was living in Kilmurray! Have appreciated seeing you grow and have always purchased your cookbooks. Love your recipes and the work you do! Have moved back to the US and am wondering if the new Veg Box book will be available via Amazon in the USA, at some point in the future? Perhaps the Book Depository link is the only way to get the book internationally? Would love to continue supporting the Happy Pear - thank you for doing what you do!! 🍐

What other Middle Eastern recipes can you make vegan? (Besides dips)

    • @miekevanmoorsel3359

All kinds of salads, like fattoush or tabouleh. Tajine, or vegetable stew. Falafel, or vegan kebabs. Rice dishes. Stuffed zucchini or pepper (mahsi). And probably many, many more! If you find a Middle Eastern recipe you like, just typ the title in Google and add "vegan".

Why do you say that something is like a bit grizzle or like it is meaty . These words do not belong in the vocabulary of a Vegan. .
Please will you try not to use them. I get awful thoughts when you say it . I am looking forward to Making that dip it sounds like” Baba Ganouch “
( wrong spelling I know but, the spelling was not an place. It looks really fun &. Bother way to use The Aubergine. I have been using Aubèrgines since they arrived in Ireland I supppise about 30 or 35 years ago. L. I never likes them but U always bought them & my only use for them was to put them into Rat Tat Tulle .My children got used to them & they are part of their weekly shop they have made lovely recipes with them but of course they love them the way I used to cook them. All those years ago. I still always get them & I make a dish similar to what you have just shown us just now. Different but similar.
    Thank you.
    God Bless
