I lived here many years ago I appreciate this video!
When I was in Navy and had many friends...one in particular and his family was like my family.
I only wish I could look them up.

I was a Navy brat in 1974 to 1976 on the island. I always thought La Mad was way more more beautiful the Hawaii. I’ll be back some day!

My dad was Navy too. We arrived just after you 77-79. I loved it and would love to go back. Our house is now a bed and breakfast, west of town on the coast, next to the Nido d' Aqula Hotel.
