I've been obsessing over Astral Observatory remixes since I started TotK and THIS is exactly the breath of fresh air version I have been looking for! So unique!
Can't believe I missed the premier, I absolutely love your music. Edit: just realized, this means you're part of two of my Triforce of fandoms: Zelda, D&D, and Steins;Gate. And I wouldn't expect most to be aware of Steins;Gate.
Oh my heart bleeds hearing this. This reminds me of the epic soundtrack times from Twilight Princess, where every step of your journey seemed to be a huge adventure... Such a beautiful work. ❤
Children of termina is the most hyped I've ever been for an album drop. And I'm so glad that you continue dropping banger. I wish nothing but the best for you and your future endeavors.
Ironically the main dm for our group is starting a zelda game soon, it's a kinda 'what if' story. being a mix of Botw and twilight princess in theme, link had been killed before his journey had begun and its a kinda heroes spirit split to other worthy to fix the world. hes running three of us maybe four in pathfinder 2nd edition and this is totally a great thing to show him 😊 for the folks who want to know our current lineup hylian\kokiri leaf druid (female), gerudo thaumaturge ( male), and a zora magus (male)
Just to repeat as I said in the stream I really appreciate your work personally Rozen. Sins of Hyrule is very dear to me, as is the first Ballads. Sins was what brought you to my attention initially. I remain a massive fan of Ganondorf in his Wind Waker characterization and his general design, as well as having an interest in villains in general and in Zelda music, and this is where I discovered you. I have all of your Zelda pieces on vinyl and look forwards to buying this one and to the Ghibli vinyl whenever it is ready. I have immensely enjoyed all of your work, your material has been endlessly enjoyable to me on a personal level and relaxing, engaging, and such other things. I truly love the depth you bring to these pieces, the narrative each builds through your composition. You and Second Narrator both do better jobs than Nintendo itself at remastering such pieces and reframing them into wonderous material. You are probably my favorite when it comes to reworking music. I truly adore your works and this has been fantastic. I look sincerely forward to owning the vinyl. I'm sure I'll also buy the Phazon if that ever gets one.
Just when I was debating whether or not to drum up an OoT adventure- now I simply HAVE TO! xD Amazing music as always. It sounds so fantastic to hear the music from my childhood continue on.
This was so much more beautiful than I imagined! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but the Kakariko Marketplace blew my mind❤another stunning album! Bravo!
Please, tell me this will end up on your official Rozen website to be available as a CD or Vinyl? Because damn. I have all past Zelda ones to date and this collection hits all the right spots... Epic, nostalgic, a medieval adventure, simply magical. Your music always brings the LoZ vibes a new fresh coat of paint: something we feel is familiar, yet brand new when we listen. Keep up the awesome work as always! Adoring this album.
I was already using your music for D&D didnt have to do this right as I was about to run a Zelda D&D campaign. I love your music man please keep it up!
omg this has dropped at the perfect time! im starting up a zelda campaign with my friends very soon :D thank you for the amazing tracks rozen and wayne
With one of the most famous DMs voicing lich Ganon, and this album, the fates tell me it is time to begin the Hyrule DND campaign that has been percolating in my brain
Hylians = High Elves (Zelda)/Wood Elves (Link) or Humans for the non-pointy earred folk Gerudo = Goliaths (Homebrewed to have heat resist instead of cold climate resist) Shiekah/Yiga = Drow Gorons = Tortles Zora = Triton/Merfolk/Sahuagin Rito = Aaracockra and other birdfolk Twili = Shadar-kai Bulblins/Bokoblins/Moblins = Goblins/Hobgoblins/Bugbears Kokiri = Halflings/Gnomes Korok = Wood Woads/Treants Deku Scrubs = Blights Zonai = Gith(?)/Dragonborn(?)/Firbolg Fairies/Great Fairies = Pixies/Genies/Hags Been wanting to do a campaign for a while based on LoZ, just not enough time 😢
I am a couple weeks late, but damn these are awesome, as I write this I'm listening to the garden of fairies, I can't tell what track you based it off of, but it sounds so beautiful. The piano keys are plucking my heart strings. Thank you for such beautiful art as always. Me being a Zelda and D&D fan makes this track hit hard. I wish you luck in your future projects
Oh my goodness!! This is so gooooood! I loved every second of it! I haven't played a LoZ game seriously in years, sadly, and this hit me right in the nostalgia. Thank you for this absolute master piece! I'm hoping my dm brother will use this for our next campaign. (The last track had me laughing so hard! I love love love it!!!!)
This is amazing. Just beautiful. I went on several journeys listening to this; some were nostalgic, some were audio induced day dreams or fantasies, and some were chemical related.
Hiya! It’s the credits theme from the original NES Legend of Zelda. The idea behind it is that a DM has something to use to poke fun at their players when they’re taking a long time to do something they should have already done prior to the campaign, akin to playing the Jeopardy theme in similar situations.
I have never heard Astral Observatory in a way that resembled a battle theme before today.
And it's SO FRIGGEN GOOD!

This is Awesome!!!
Astral Observatory as a battle theme? brilliant!
The Battle for Hyrule definitely has some Howard Shore vibes (Lord of the Rings)

Very, very beautiful compositions. My most favorite is definitely Time of peace. It brings back so many memories :3

Kakariko Marketplace is unbelievably catchy. I've been caught bobbing along to it already.
Thank you! It was probably my favorite one to write! 😊

Amazing music as always. It sounds so fantastic to hear the music from my childhood continue on.
Holy crap! I somehow missed any announcements leading up to this release! Best surprise ever having this pop up on my feed!
Absolutely love the Temple theme in at 27:14 - fitting music for a foreboding labyrinth! It gives me Goldeneye 007 vibes, so so good
The SAME BLOODY feeling here. I almost thought it was some 007 ost but then it reaches the Zelda atmosphere. Amazing!!
This was so much more beautiful than I imagined! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but the Kakariko Marketplace blew my mind❤another stunning album! Bravo!
influence: WoW and Start Wars influence in 'According to Legend', green dragon inn in 'Kakairo Marketplace', 007 theme in 'Temple (Dungeon)'

Shiekah/Yiga = Drow
Gorons = Tortles
Zora = Triton/Merfolk/Sahuagin

Been wanting to do a campaign for a while based on LoZ, just not enough time 😢
@@MimZ45 I feel like zora are sea elves because of lifespan, and gorons might be a sort of mix between Goliath and tortle
@@MimZ45zonai more like beastmen dog type
I am so thankful for your composition. I wish I had continued to learn, this is inspirational

I feel some Knife in the Dark vibes (LotR ost) from the Battle for Hyrule
This is amazing. Just beautiful. I went on several journeys listening to this; some were nostalgic, some were audio induced day dreams or fantasies, and some were chemical related.
As someone who is writing a Zelda D&D campaign. I am overjoyed with this music.
Excellent!
I love the game over music from the Gameboy color games.
loved the Kakariko Marrketplace it also reminded me somehow of something from Lord of the Rings
Good ear! You’re thinking of Bilbo’s party. The idea for the low hurdy gurdy drone in this came from that.
@@waynestrange glad i was right about the LotR part :D
Encore un sublime remix avec des thèmes bien choisi pour un album de qualité ! Merci !!
Great stuff. Thanks rozen
This is AMAZING! I'm running a campaign in TRPG system called Reclaim the Wild based of BotW right now! I'll definitely be using this
Damn that sounds so good!
Incredible
You did again an amazing job! Loved it!
Epic work
Yaaas
So good
What is the last song referencing? I would love to hear the original OST to compare
