Brett, darling, there's a trick to figuring out which room Delirium is going to spawn in. Though his room only appears as a single room, it has to render in a 2x2 space without having two doors. If it can't, it'll just be a normal boss room. Hope that helps for next time

At the end, I think why Delirium died so quickly the first time was you went from The Forgotten's melee dps to his projectile dps, which was significantly higher. Now if only Brett remembered the ghost form more often.
